Which of these factors could have influenced:
1. Spaghetti attachment? Maybe it is the formation of a thin paste with a matrix that requires a denser dough?
2. Flour TK. In previous experiments with horns, I added TZ semolina Makfa, now TZ flour Pudov. Even visually, the flour of Pounds of a finer and more delicate fraction.
3. Flour sun. Before that there was Makfa, now - Belonezhnaya.
