Carrot 2 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 head
Hot chili 2 pods
Parsley 1 bundle
Marinade:
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Boiled water 1/3 cup

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into thick circles, season with salt and leave for 40 minutes.
  • Then fry the eggplants on both sides until half cooked.
