I BECAME IT !!! She is beautiful, she made 170 grams of hard varieties and 80 grams of high spaghetti from flour, but I probably had not 95 but 100 grams of liquid with an egg and they stick together, so I broke it and put it on lasagna sheets and made dumplings from them. I cooked a little spaghetti to taste it with olive oil, they are really tasty. Now I am in your company, I will experiment. Yes, from a 250-gram portion, it really turns out a lot of spaghetti.
gawala
kVipoint, I add 105 liquids with an egg. But flour is different everywhere, so you need to focus on your own flour .. Experiment!

kVipoint, cook immediately. If it is left or I did it on purpose, but did not cook, then I freeze it. I turn it straight into nests-rosettes, into a container and into a freezer. I like frozen more than dried ones .. I took a rose and into the water. cooked in the same way as freshly cooked .. In general, water-egg-flour = look for the golden mean ..

tell me, those who bought this wonderful car, did you give up purchased macaros? or so play around sometimes get it, but still buy more factory spaghetti? I've been looking at it for half a year and can't make up my mind, I thought about the bread maker for the same long time, bought it, but it turned out - a thing, purchased bread only if some kind of very tasty and which you can't make at home. but here I don’t know, we love pasta, we buy De chekko, the prices for it, of course, are already oh and oh. Does homemade pasta compare to Italian pasta? Only pounds of solid grain flour are sold here, does it taste good? So to constantly do at home? Or is it all wrong? I've already tried 30 recipes for ice cream, ice cream does not come out, in order to refuse the purchased one, the ice cream maker is in vain. In general, all in doubt)

I haven’t bought store-bought pasta for a very long time, first I bought a manual noodle cutter (screwed to the table), which rolls out the dough and cuts spaghetti and togliatelle. Knead in a small bowl (also from the Filipka-blender) 1 egg, 100 g flour. She rolled the sheets and cut them. I wanted macaroons, bought some ... Like a syringe. The dough is laid there. You rotate the piston and get out pasta, spaghetti (thicker and thinner), togliatelle. All nozzles are metal, and the nozzles for macaros (I bought only for them) have a plastic insert, and the syringe itself is metal. At the first tension when twisting the dough, the nozzle flew off the syringe. I unrolled it, washed it and almost threw it away, rolled it out on my first hand, cut the spaghetti and "caught fire" with the "elephant". And without hesitation ordered! I don’t regret it at all!

have you given up purchased macaros?
Yes...
Yesterday they brought me real Italian flour. As many as three packages. But .. Of the three, only one turned out to be solid grain .. The other two were for pizza and general purpose .. A friend wildly apologized that if he had bought the wrong thing, and as a proof, showed a photo of the counter of Italian shops with a huge amount of different flour .. that buy .. He said, they say, look what you need, I'll bring you more .. Looked, wrote. We will wait for the next batch of flour ..
Of course, the flour differs from what I buy from us here .. At least, what I saw in the package .. I will try .. I’m just wondering what happens ..
lilulilu
thanks for answers! I know flour - it’s a pain, since they stopped importing French and Italian flour, all the baked goods turned out to be wrong. tasty, but not as much as before - when the guests were already closing their eyes with delight. we also carry flour from abroad in suitcases, but this is now very rare (((
gawala, write later how it turns out from Italian)

gawala, Galina, and what form do frozen nests take during cooking? I wonder if you can stuff them with minced meat and cook them like nests?
kVipoint
Devuli, tell me and from durum flour Pounds for noodles which 1 kg and Italian taste will differ? I tried it well, it tastes of course much tastier than the highest one, but I think it makes sense to buy Italian food in the Metro, or it won't differ much from Pudov. I just order poods on Ozone in general, it costs me cheap because I use thanks from Sberbank.

Girls, I remember discussing the adapter to Fillet, that Gale ( gawala) my husband bought. And it seems like the results were not very good at the beginning. And now how are they doing? Who bought this adapter? And is it worth bothering to find it?
gawala
Quote: Taha
What shape do frozen nests take during cooking?
Straight ... Everything straightens out. This is a marketing ploy, when the store sells pasta twisted into nests .. Everything is being promoted .. Well, at least I have everything, both my own and the state.
Quote: Taha
I wonder if you can stuff them with minced meat and cook them like nests?
If only for a couple ..: umnik2: Well, either boil until half cooked, twist, stuff in the oven ..

Quote: Fifanya
And it seems like the results were not very good at the beginning.
Well, my result was not very good, to put it mildly .. I don’t know about others, I left for the IR, in a month and a half, maybe someone already "ran in"
Taha
Galina, and in time frozen ones take longer to cook, or just like fresh ones? It's just that there is a recipe from Tanyulya on the forum, where she prepares store nests with minced meat in a cuckoo cartoon, but they cook longer by themselves, and these will probably creep out ...
Fifanya
gawalaI see, Galya, but do you make other macaros from the adapter on Fillet, or have you thrown it away? Well, maybe someone will respond, from those who have tried it. I can't find the adapter on ebey
gawala

Yes, I still have a conservative at home. Only spaghetti .. but everyone will have enough adapter and nozzles ..

Miranda
I don't know if it was or not, but there are a lot of videos on YouTube with an adapter

And then they even attached a Kenwood cutter.

And in the comments I saw an Italian store that sells everything for pasta machines. Adapters, stamps. And both native Kenwood, and made for Kenwood, which he never had. For example, fusilli there are 2 sizes 6.5mm and 8.8mm.

Maybe they send it to Russia?

I would like to understand exactly how she hooked it.

But she didn’t say, she said, “adapted”. And the recipe tells

julia_bb, that's how secretive
and this is the most interesting!
julia_bb
I'm interested in myself! I have this Kenwood attachment and 3 matrices. There is already an adapter, it turns out for such matrices ... Then you need to buy Filia
Wrote to aunt on YouTube, can answer how she dresses a nozzle
Miranda
julia_bb, just a part with a cut-off is called - kenwood KW685783 and is in foreign service centers.

And assembled it has a round head. But the aunt in the video has the feeling that only the flat cutter is flush with the nozzle.
gawala
In the video on this cutter, a hole is drilled in the middle and there is a self-tapping screw .., that is, it is most likely screwed to the base or to the adapter. But this is not the original cut.

If the adapter is good, then it would be a pity to hole the base.

Well, probably to the adapter. Only for a fig it needs such a cutter ,? There is a normal "native" .. What is on the video, what is live, there is no difference in cutting .. An extra bells and whistles worth 90 euros ..
julia_bb
You don't need to buy it specially, of course. Apparently, she originally had a Kenwood nozzle, and then she bought Phil, so she is experimenting.

Or maybe such an advertisement .. who knows .. There is nothing unusual in the pasta recipe, flour and water ..
Pchela maja
And I liked the fusilli from the first video, they spin great. But on the second one with a Kenwood attachment with a knife - somehow not very much. Maybe it depends on the test?

Today I made spaghetti from Italian flour brought to me from Italy ..
There’s nothing to say .. It’s indecently tasty ..
There is a huge difference between flour imported from Italy and what I buy here ..
Rada-dms
And I got tired of cookies according to the recipe from my own booklet, I decided to experiment! I made two versions - with carob and semolina and with cocoa and starch, slightly changing the basic recipe.
