Light in milk (basic recipe that I always use).

Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• ¾ glass of sugar
• 1 glass of milk
• 1 heaped tablespoon of flour
• vanilla or vanilla essence or vanilla sugar

I have a glass of 230 ml.

Preparation:

Grind the egg with sugar and ¼ - 1/5 cup milk.
Add flour, stir. If you get lumps, rub through a sieve.
Boil the remaining milk.
While stirring thoroughly, pour hot milk into the mixture in a thin stream. Then bring to a boil over low heat with constant stirring.
The fire should be low so that the mixture does not burn from the bottom before it begins to thicken.
