It appears as a difference tone of two close tones. The closer the tones, the lower the beat frequency. Actually, musicians tune the instruments this way - until the beats disappear.

How to determine which distance is correct? Which tip should be used for manipulation? Every time at every one?
Everything except the hook needs to be adjusted. Natul, have a conscience, look through the topics!

The only thing I remember is that at one time it creaked when I was kneading the dough, those heads swayed and creaked, apparently the flour had hit.

I will quote myself
... here they write everywhere about a sheet of paper folded 8 times. In German instructions, they simply write about a piece of paper. The paper should be pressed down with a whisk, but not tear when pulled. I did so. One protein is whipped with a bang
It is necessary to regulate the K-whisk and especially the whisk!
The hook is possible, but great accuracy does not play a role (I don't remember exactly, but the instructions seem to give a spread of approx. 5-8mm)

Good evening. Help with the choice!
It all started with choosing a mixer with a bowl as a gift for his wife.
It seems like I stopped at kmix, then I read that there were not enough watts, I found a sense, then a titanium appeared somewhere,
and after reading 30 pages of the forum I realized that induction is needed)
For what: basic cooking of all kinds of confectionery stuff, then cutting something somehow.
I understand that, for example, Flexi Beater is a cool thing, but can you buy it in the same sense?
They wrote about the souffleiki, I don't know what kind of her, but the same question
Is there a food processor for sensation and titanium?
I look from the list KVC5000T, KMC050 (cost about 37 thousand) (you can offer other options))
kmix costs 23 thousand (here is a question about nozzles and future ones, you can already buy a combine immediately)
He bakes about 2 times a week for two, and for guests 2 times a month.
Theoretically, we can consider induction, but this is a lot of money for us and probably for the sake of a yeast dough once a month is not worth it?
What to do? Thank you!
Added:
I think that even so it is more for baking, for creams, bizet, etc.
The kmix50rd (sort of like that) has a flexi nozzle, if it's really the right thing.
Will the overall result differ greatly from the chef's series? Or here the teznology is similar, but there is not enough truthfulness, please answer who has had kmix
Peter Push
Complete set: K-shaped nozzle, whisk, dough hook, flexible beater, blender, meat grinder, centrifugal juicer.

WJICK, flexi can be purchased, as well as a souffleika. A food processor can be installed in the KAN647 high-speed socket - it is suitable for all machines, and it can be installed in a medium-speed socket - this is not suitable for senses and premieres.
Which bowl is preferable to you - 4.6 l or 6.7 l?
Of the KVC5000T, KMC050 you are considering, the KMC050 is better - it has more power 1400 versus 1100 and the complete set: K-shaped nozzle, whisk, dough hook, flexible beater (aka flexi), blender, meat grinder, centrifugal juicer. And any food processor will do, this machine has all 4 nozzle slots. Of the two, this model is the best. Good luck to you!

WJICK, I completely agree with the previous speaker, it only seems large, and there is 4 liters of useful volume with a tail. This is important when whipping proteins, they write 16 in the instructions, but in fact - 8, and indeed when kneading dough.

from the chef series, it's probably decided, it remains to define chef or kmix ...
WJICK, consider the Chef Sense with a 6.7L bowl, but there is also a smaller bowl. Consider the machines of the Premier series, there are both sizes of the bowl - the machines are iron and powerful (here, in Ukraine, they are much cheaper than the Senses - the Sens appeared a year ago) about Kmix ask Sonadora (even in a personal), I have not heard any complaints from her, but it will not hurt to ask questions.

Yes, of paramount importance and no, if you overcome our whole topic, then it is clear that the same is good from selumin, I consider these attachments more from the side of weight, I don't even know whether it is important or not, I just state a fact, on the forum I have not met any complaints about them. Yes, you can always buy any attachments. The main thing is to choose a car.
I wish you success in choosing! Let the very best specimen come across!

Yes, the size (width and depth) is the same in machines with different bowl sizes, only the height is different.

Added Friday, 02 Dec 2016 12:41 PM

How are Senses different from Premieres? 1. The Senses have a different body shape and color. 2.Cover - splash protection is different, it can be removed without removing the nozzle. 3. Illumination of the speed switch. 4. Another bowl (not in geometry), inside it has a scale, in l. 5. Differently attach the plugs to the low-speed and high-speed sockets, they are magnetically removable with one hand. 6. The lever for raising the mixer head is on the "back". And so both series are metal, powerful.

And look in the store with your eyes. Personally, a shallow bowl is enough for me, but I do not beat 16 proteins each.) And if I need it a couple of times in my life, I will calmly divide them in half. But I personally would not be very comfortable to wash a huge bowl every time. No, if I had money for induction, then with a large bowl I would be able to put up with it and even learn to enjoy it, but if there were two inductions to choose from, large and small, then eighty percent for the fact that I am everything. would choose a small one.

And in order to understand which bowl is better, you just need to put two different cars next to each other and observe yourself - to which your hands often reach, that is more convenient. And a very good indicator in this regard is our beloved Rituslya, whose big Ken is often used as a stand for kitchen devices, and a tiny old plastic Boshik works every day.
LisaNeAlisa
With this case, it was generally strange for me: I looked at the cache with a small bowl and thought how huge it was (after my mixer with a cup of about 3 liters). Then it turned out to order my 020th for the promotion and so I quickly got used to the bowl. And then an accidentally small cup came to me with KU, I measured it on mine and ... it’s small, even if you cut it.

Height weight exceeded max. And it's in a 6-liter bowl. So a large household bowl is okay.

I mean, jam or jams on induction to cook?
It is unlikely that Paul I with such a family, they don't make much, and I cook jam or jam perfectly in a basin on an induction cooker without bringing it to a boil.

Or did I not catch the thought? What needs to be prepared in a large bowl?

In general, a big-small dispute has no solution. I got in solely out of a desire to provide the other side, otherwise all the giants unanimously repeat their choice, but what are we, bald?

Bijou, Lena, I cooked jams, tomato jam, squash caviar, tkemali sauce in this bowl. And sometimes the volume of the bowl was too small. I have gas, and modern hobs do not always allow two large pots to be placed side by side. And here the volume is decent, and you don't have to worry about what will burn - the machine itself stir the product. I'm not saying that you definitely need to buy a machine with a large bowl or induction, I just write that it is very convenient.

cake machine, according to the instructions for 4.6 l bowls, the mass of flour for yeast dough (bread) is 1.36 kg, the total weight of the dough is 2.18 kg; for a dough of higher moisture content using eggs and butter, the weight of flour is 1.3 kg, the total weight of the dough is 2.5 kg.For a bowl of 6.7 liters, respectively 1.5 kg - total weight 2.4 kg; 2.6 kg -5 kg. No, they will not correct, I agree here.
I don’t make a kilogram of flour, we don’t eat so much fresh, but a kilogram of ready-made dough (that is, about six hundred grams of flour) is almost the limit for a shallow bowl. Every day I make a pound of flour (850 grams of dough) and I'm completely fine. But once it swelled more and mixed worse. Yes, and climbed the hook more actively. ((

Bijou, but not such discrepancies with the instructions? With squirrels, they clearly went too far, and now with the weight of flour, too, inaccuracies, so read it after that. I knead the largest weight of dough, about 1.6 kg for darnitsky. Just recently I thought to ask on the forum - how much flour does Myasoedovsky cake mix in a 6.7 liter bowl?

Well, it is possible that I have crooked handles. And it will knead "according to the instructions". But personally I didn't like it.

Although I repeat, my personal needs so far are completely covered by a small bowl, and its mobility in the sink during washing generally forces me to forgive possible flaws. And in order to beat a pack of butter, I would have liked even less, so as not to smear it on the walls.
Arlei
I've also dreamed about induction and about a large bowl during the preparation. But for every day ..... Sometimes I give this laziness to wash and take out a hand mixer, especially if you need to beat less than 1 pack of butter. And beat 1 pack in a large bowl for a long time, and in a small bucket - once or twice. but I have a chopper at work, a vegetable cutter, a citrus juicer, it is enough in height, I do not move it.

I have a kmix with 5 liters. the bowl was purchased mainly for a pastry chef, and I am very pleased with it and am not going to part. But now I got carried away with baking, and circumstances turned out so that you need to bake min from 1.2kg. flour. I had to buy an economical mixer for 6 liters. Here in it the dough is kneaded perfectly, as if with "expanse", then in a bowl and fits. So if you use 1kg. flour, then a large bowl is essential.
And yet, everywhere they write that kmix has a power of 500W. few. Annual use has shown that all the functions stated in the instructions are performed without tension. Kneads anything for a long time, does not heat up, does not turn off.

Peter Push,
I found the recipe here on the forum, and as a beginner, I cannot post links
"Christmas gingerbread" from Freken Bock.
I have already baked a batch to order according to this recipe, everyone really liked the taste, ordered more.
Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs.
icing sugar 190 gr
honey 120 gr
margarine 125 gr
flour 500 gr
soda 1 tsp.
ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, sweet peas, cardamom) 1-2 tbsp. l. (based on personal preference)
orange or lemon zest

Cooking method

Melt margarine and honey beforehand. Redeem soda in honey. The dough can be kneaded in a food processor by placing all the ingredients in a bowl at once. Leave the finished dough to rest in the cold for 1 hour. Roll out the gingerbread 5-10mm thick. Bake on a greased baking sheet or baking paper for 5 minutes (my baking time was longer). After baking, grease while still hot with an egg, shaken with 1 tablespoon of strong black coffee. Allow to cool. Decorate according to your mood :)

Hello everybody!
