Ushki, both are great, but I still recommend the 096.
Miranda
Ushki, I looked, the cheapest price that the Internet shows on KMM063 (but maybe I was looking badly) - 54 490, and KM096 - 59 990.

Of course, 63 has more equipment - a chopper, citrus press, meat grinder and scales.

96 has a better hook, flexi (I don't know if 63 has it). Induction, timer.

The bowl is the same size.
At first glance - 63 are cheaper by 5 thousand, more attachments.
But, I am for the greater capabilities of the car, that is, for 96.

Nozzles are purchased in addition as needed.
And you can't buy the opportunity for a car.

Well, by priorities, for example, I don't need a press, a meat grinder, or a scale. Therefore, of the advantages in this choice, only the shredder in terms of configuration and 5 thousand rubles would remain. And this is not such a big plus, in comparison with the greater capabilities of the machine. Since the shredder can be bought in addition, and the difference is 5 thousand from a car that is bought for at least 5 years (warranty), and at most even all 10 years, this is not a difference. In addition, you are already choosing between them, that is, theoretically there is no question of money. Well, perhaps, you found 63 much cheaper, for example, for 40 thousand. Then 20 thousand is still a good difference.
Ushki
the equipment is slightly different and the 096 has induction, well, the difference in price is small, but 5 thousand in price is not a priority. Can you use a timer if you don't use induction? Something I watched the video on the Internet and did not quite understand ...

the timer turns on even when you are using the food processor and blender included in the 096 kit, does not depend on induction.
Miranda
The timer always runs when the motor is running.

Or in increasing time - then see how many minutes any nozzle has already been working. Or set the desired time using the + - buttons, and the countdown will go to zero, and when it reaches 0, the car will stop.

Many thanks to all members of the forum, thanks to you, I still chose the 096 induction machine almost a month ago. I read the topics of Kenwood, everything is clearly written, informative and very interesting. Thank you again.

Thank you very much!!! And on the attachments it is indicated for which models they are suitable?
Miranda
Ushki, in theory - yes.
I mean the box. But some boxes, out of savings, are printed in two versions at once. For example - a sieve wiping nnn / nnn and not necessary is glued when packing.

And not all shops write correctly.

In any case, there is the Internet, or clarify here.

Good evening! I also cannot make a choice:
- Titanium Chef 050 (there is a variant with an additional bowl)
- or add 100 euros and buy a car with a timer
- or add 300 euros and buy an induction

A small bowl is preferable. As mentioned above, if there was induction with a small bowl, I would like it.
Thank you in advance for your advice and opinions.
cv-1963
tia, Hello!
I beat 6 eggs here and the bowl was almost "to the eyeballs". I have a model 096. Although the bowl is large.
I use induction with pleasure. There are many reviews above.
tia
cv-1963, Thank you.
I read the whole forum and saw the reviews too. I cannot decide whether it is worth almost twice overpaying for induction.
I usually do not beat 6 eggs, and I am afraid that I will simply not use a large bowl again, because I usually cook in small volumes.
Olga VB
tia, if there are no significant restrictions on the means, then induction is preferable. There the bowl seems large only at first glance. In reality, even for a small family, it is not excessive. Moreover, now at 096 the price is quite divine.
For example, I also do not cook very much, and before I did not bother at all. But my appetite comes with eating: now my repertoire has expanded greatly both thanks to this forum and thanks to CM Kenwood.
So it's not bad to think about the future, because such equipment is not bought for 1 year.
Good luck!
tia
As far as I understand, many here bought induction only because at a reduced price it is not much more expensive than a non-induction machine. I have a slightly different range of prices - almost twice.
Olga VB
in Moscow?
tia
A small difference - yes, in Moscow it is meant. I am considering buying in Germany.
Peter Push
tia, if in Germany, then take a look here - 🔗 , there are also new ones that have just entered the market - chef titanium and chef titanium elite. I wish you success!!
Belka13
Peter Push, only the induction will not be sent from there.
Olga VB
Yes, for some time now they stopped sending induction. They put it over the weight limit and refuse. So only through an intermediary or with an opportunity. But then fries can be lost (-18%)
Belka13
Girls, and what cool covers for KM appeared on Kenwood-BT! But the price
Miranda
Belka13, cool
True, which is strange with hieroglyphs - sewn upside down.

The price is yes.
And why a cover, if every day / every other day at work. Cover for the night?
Belka13
Miranda, I do not use Kesha so often in winter. My family is now very small, large blanks are over, I don't like pastries. For small cuts - Berner and Alligator. And in a green case, I would really like it on the kitchen table. But at least half the price. When I did not use the CM at all, I had it covered with a KitchenAid cover
Aunt Besya
Who will tell you - KM-010 how much protein does the maximum beat so that it does not crawl out of the thicket?
Olga VB
Helen, I don’t know about the small bowl, but if it’s up to the foam state, then 4 squirrels are already striving to jump out of the big one.
So I think a large bowl is preferable for your purposes.
Aunt Besya
Where can I get it .. I have Kesha 10
Miranda
Belka13, I also liked the green one.
Well, he's the most normal there. Thoughtless hieroglyphs infuriate me, and even upside down. Aunt on a motorcycle - hmm ... Paris, too.

I tried to google it both by the picture and by words, but I could not find it in foreign shops. Only the standard rectangular chopped white ax. And this case is curvy. It is unlikely that we have sewn, the Chinese for sure.
Olga VB
Helen, And what do you have in the instructions on this matter?
For example, 16 proteins are written for large, but this is a myth. That is, if to a solid state, then a myth.
Maybe try to pick up some kind of wider container than the standard bowl. The volume will accordingly be larger. Only it will probably have to be kept, which is also not ice.
Try whisking 3 first and see what happens. And you will tell us
Aunt Besya
4 I hit no problem, but it's almost to the top
Olga VB
Why are you asking?
Aunt Besya
And because you need to bake a large biscuit, at least 5 ... so I'm thinking how to get out
LisaNeAlisa
Girls, please tell us step by step how you beat whites to such volumes without induction ... they do not whip so magnificently for me.
shlyk_81
They don't whip like that either. 4 squirrels to the middle of the bowl (bowl is small).

I subscribe to the request. I have a large bowl, I beat it K-shaped, 6 proteins cover the nozzle (they don't reach the stopper), the last time I beat it without a lid, so small flakes flew out, but they don't reach the top of the bowl. Induction, I think, has nothing to do with it, proteins do not heat, maybe you need a pinch of salt and 5 drops of lemon juice. Olga VB, teach me, pliz!
Aunt Besya
I whisk with a whisk, not K-shaped, whites from the refrigerator, a pinch (on the tip of a knife) salt, add sugar when the whites are already whipped and do not fall out of the bowl when turning.
Peter Push
Aunt Besya, I also whipped with a whisk, but picking out the result was worn out, the whisk was too fluffy. On the advice of experienced craftsmen, I switched to K-shaped, the result is the same. I also introduce sugar after beating the proteins, it is as a fixer for the result, and not an aid in increasing splendor. I don't always add salt ((. Thank you for your feedback.
zvezda
Peter Push !!You knock on the bowl with a whisk ... flies out with a bang !! Even someone posted the video ... now you can't find it of course !! My K-eshkoy turns out worse !!!
Lena!!!! Here's what 20 didn’t take: sk-izm: Do you separate whites with yolks for a biscuit ??? I already hit it all together ... there were no mistakes
Miranda
I'm sorry to knock on the cup.
I on the palm - the same effect.

Yes, according to my needs, it seems like such a bowl is enough!
I don’t divide into biscuits for a long time either, but there is also a protein cream, meringue again ... how terrible I love coconut meringue!

Why? Just Swiss meringue is cooked with heating.
Here I have details in my bookmarks, well, in Kenwood at the same time, what's on the topic.)) 🔗

zvezda, it flies out of your rarefied one, but from the fluffy one, which soon won't be produced, you can't knock it out with anything, just pick it out with a spatula. Or maybe I'm not doing the right thing - the mixer head is up, the bowl is in Kesh and I slowly tap, like Miranda, maybe you need to pull out the bowl and swing it harder, something like this ... Thanks girls for the response

Almost determined kmc050 or kmc013, I suppose that the difference is in the attachments and the complete set, but everywhere the description is so different that it is already confused, where it is written there is weighing, although I suppose it is a speech about separate scales, somewhere even that there is no planetary mixing ... help

A couple of times I practiced the following - first we empty the bowl of proteins, then insert a whisk completely clogged with proteins and gradually increase the speed. And we are watching. Somewhere at 3-4 speeds, centrifugal force does all the work for us. Squirrels just fly out of the corolla.
Aunt Besya
And for some reason I don't have such a problem :) I raise the whisk with a lump of protein in it, I put a silicone Tupper scraper into it from above and inside it and everything falls down like a lump, small residues just have to tap the edge with the whisk
Olga VB
Helen, you have a different whisk, less often twigs. In even series, rods are more common.
Have you already whipped your 5 proteins? Maybe if they jump out, then it will be possible to manually finish off.

Sergey01, wonderful way!

Olga VB, teach me, pliz!
Oops! I don't even know what to say ...
I just beat it with a pinch of salt for a long time, until the foam is already dry and even the peaks do not move. Then I add the icing sugar, beat it a little more - and that's it.
True, my eggs are large, 70-73 grams, but with smaller ones, almost everything is the same, only the volume is slightly smaller.
We have a lot of topics about biscuits, meringues, and here in the "attachments" there are recommendations on these topics.

WJICK, this is the same car, the difference is in the equipment. In kmc050 - whisk, k-shaped, hook, flexi, blender, meat grinder, centrifugal juicer. In kmc013 - whisk, k-shaped, hook, flexi, blender, meat grinder, citrus press, food processor, multi-chopper. See which attachments are more needed. Good luck!

Olga VBThank you very much again. It turns out that my eggs are 58-62 g.

Well, you really decided that I was there like a hammer: girl_haha: I gently knock .. somehow I have adapted for so many years
Peter Push !!I already have such a whisk ... I felt the difference ... but I insert from 023 to 096
