In the induction machine book, induction is used 53 times in recipes, and 4 times for non-essential uses, such as blanching tomatoes.

For induction, the recipes that were rewritten are written in more detail. And they were selected with the calculation for induction. For example, in the "Basic recipes" there are various creams (English, ganache, etc.), but in the usual one they are not. Or a completely new "Curry" section.

The induction book has more chef tips or variations on the same recipe with different seasonings, toppings, etc.

But in the old book there are more classic recipes, for example, I was surprised that "Wellington Beef" is not in the new book, but the classics are from the classics.

For completely newbies (in cooking or the first car), both books are interesting. For experienced hostesses, 20-40 recipes will be interesting. But some tips on modes and attachments, or how to make in the car what used to be with your hands, even experienced ones will come in handy.
