Double biscuits with Austrian jam

Ingredients

Butter, softened to room temperature 200gr.
sugar 125gr.
vanilla sugar 1h l
eggs 2 pcs.
baking powder 2 tsp
or slaked soda 1 tsp
flour 300-350gr.
cinnamon 1/8 tsp
ground almonds 1.5 stack.
jam or raspberry jam taste.

Cooking method
