Quiche with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients

For the test:
Flour 250 grams
Butter 150 grams
Egg 1 PC.
Salt 0.5 tsp
For filling:
Chicken fillet 300 grams
Mushrooms 300 grams
Onion 100g
Butter 20 grams
Salt pepper taste
To fill:
Cream 20% 200 grams
Hard cheese 200 grams
Eggs 2 pcs.
Dill 1 bunch
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cooking the filling.
  • Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Or, the fillets can be boiled in salted water for 20 minutes. Cool the finished chicken fillet.
  • Finely chop the onion. Fry the onions in a skillet with butter until golden brown. Add chopped mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry, covered, until mushrooms are soft for about 15 minutes. Cool the finished filling.
  • Cooking the dough.
  • Sift flour, add salt. Add butter from the refrigerator. Grind until crumbs are formed. Add the egg. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick. Wind on a rolling pin and transfer to a greased dish. Put the form with the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Preparing the fill.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the dill. Beat eggs with cream and nutmeg. Add dill and cheese. Mix.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Put the chicken fillet on the dough. Then put the fried mushrooms and onions. Fill the cake with fill. Bake at 190 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly and serve. Quiche with chicken and mushrooms is incredibly tasty especially when warm.
