Beans boiled in a Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

white beans 2 glasses

Cooking method

  • The beans were soaked for 12 hours, the water was drained.
  • Cooked in fresh water BEAN mode, one cycle.
  • The amount of beans was up to 1/5, water up to 8, so the pressure took a long time, and the pressure release lasted 25 minutes.

Note

But the result pleased me!

The total time was 15 (20?) + 30 + 25 minutes = 70 minutes APPROXIMATELY! You can't cook beans so quickly in a mullet or in a regular saucepan.
The mode is very neat, I did not splash the beans on the pulp separately, the skins separately

jelen, looks great and delicious!

I cooked beans with vegetables and added ready-made boiled beans and canned beans - that's why it was faster.

jelen , but we have different cooking devices!
I cooked beans in a pressure cooker (not a multicooker!) BEAN mode, which allows you to quickly cook beans, literally in a little over an hour (soaked beans).

In a multicooker, such a result cannot be achieved.

I need to buy a pressure cooker. I was in Brand's office the other day, bought a spare bowl for Panasonic and felt your pressure cooker. Seemingly high-quality, I liked the cup, but I did not dare to take it yet, I read how you handle it, introduce amendments, then maybe I'll take a chance.
