Studying information about these places, I found an interesting recipe for an old Russian borkannik pie. I've never heard of him before. On the site, the pie has already been mentioned "Interesting about Russian pies", "Fillings for sweet pies, cheesecakes, pies", but I did not find its preparation separately. In Finnish "porkan" means "carrot". Hence the name "porkannik" or "borkannik". The dough is the simplest, nothing special. As the popular rumor goes: from water and from flour, a woman bakes pies. I indicated the ingredients as they were given in the recipe, but I myself reduced them by 2 times, it seemed a bit too much and guessed it, just one glorious pie turned out.
