But according to this recipe, I got SOMETHING!))
I did half the dose, it came out three Easter cakes. I used dry saf-moment yeast for baking and forgot to halve them. As a result, I drunk a double dose and wondered why everything was foaming so much. BUT! the end result was not at all hindered. There was a temptation to knead more flour into the final dough, as it seemed too liquid, but I resisted. As a result, a gorgeous juicy crumb does not crumble at all. Flour "Ryazanochka".
Will now be my favorite recipe!
p. from. for some reason could not stir in the raisins. HE just jumped out of the dough and that's it. I had to manually select it all back)))
