Ingredients

Opara
Cream 20% 1.5 tbsp.
Fresh yeast 30 g
Flour 2 tbsp.

Egg yolks 8 pcs.

Flour 3 tbsp.
Raisins, almonds, candied fruits 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warmed cream (1.5 cups), mix with 2 tbsp. flour and put in a warm place.
  • Grind 8 yolks with 1 tbsp. sugar and combine with white-grated plums. oil.
