it looks like in your case it is oatmeal (that is, porridge and soup are stewing modes, roughly speaking). Try on it. (ney-oatmeal)

True, I have a slightly different pressure cooker, but the principle is the same. Time is crammed into the program. The longest time is legumes, jellied meat is cooked on it. It seems 2-3 cycles of 60 minutes.
wow ... thanks .. I didn't think of it ... it's great to make tough meat on legumes (40 minutes in the program) and the pea puree turned out great ... without any soaking ... just how delicious ... the soup is " oatmeal "... tomorrow I will try))) Thank you so much !!!!!
but in general I am just delighted with my pressure cooker !!! Well, what a miracle it is not to stand at the stove and not be afraid that the thread will burn, run away, but calmly go about your business and the child !!!!!

I support yours about the pressure cooker. (on beans - 40 minutes. ATP and you, I will know)

what to cook on? or broth ... I just thought, maybe someone already has just such a unit model, and someone empirically found their own mode for soup ...
[/ quote]

Hello, I also recently became the owner of the Unit1020D pressure cooker. And just in awe of her. So far I've only cooked one soup. On the "meat / chicken" mode (this is 20 minutes). I put chicken pieces (for broth) potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, lentils, poured with boiling water and on the "meat / chicken" mode. She squeaked, turned it off (did not leave it on heating mode), waited a little while she let off steam on her own and that's it. Dinner is served

In general, in the same place you can set the time yourself

Girls, please tell me! Do you need to cook buckwheat porridge in a pressure cooker in what proportions? The same as in the cartoon? I usually boil 1: 2, and in SV I read 1: 3.5 water. I have SV the second day of all, I don't want to get a mess, but the cartoon is busy.
Are the proportions in all pressure cookers the same or not?
kava
Pinky, through trial and error, I came to the conclusion that the water should cover the porridge by about 1 cm.Otherwise (more or less) leads to the porridge or dry, then you have to top up and it is digested or liquid and then you need to somehow evaporate. If you come to more accurate proportions - share
Pinky
She has already cooked the same way as the proportions of 1: 3.5 were given. Kashi turned out sooo much. And as for me - too wet. Roughly boiled. Reminiscent of quick-cooking sachets. That is, you need to pour water 1: 3 or even 1: 2.5. Then it will cook well and will not be dry. Next time I will try as usual in a 1: 2 cartoon. And you can safely use a pressure-cooker cup, otherwise, out of habit, I threw a large 400-gram cup! Well at least the children will come today and help me eat, otherwise I would chew this porridge for a week.
I didn't cook it, or I would have boiled it down altogether.
Pinky
Girls, did anyone make a stew in a pressure cooker? And then the cartoon is busy, and I want to stew cabbage with pickled plums. In what mode should you do so that the porridge does not work out? Can I set 5 minutes on the manual so that, taking into account the pressure gain, it does not boil too much? Share who has experience, please!

To answer which mode, you need to know the model of the pressure cooker. For me, for example, Cuckoo, I do it on a multi-cook

Girls, I bought Unit 1010d the other day, yesterday I cooked Loose pilaf according to Anastasia's recipe.
But I couldn't figure it out with it, apparently ... At first I had to fry the meat for 10 minutes without a lid, but the miracle did not really heat the pot, without a lid. Or did I choose the wrong program? I chose meat according to mine, and set the time manually. After 10 minutes, I could not turn off this device, I pulled it out of the socket and after 5 minutes I plugged it back in. The program was reset. But then I was able to turn on the pressure cooker only after a few. minutes (maybe it was getting cold?) After that I had to turn it on again, for the third time, but I turned it on again with a break, about 15 minutes! Am I doing something wrong?

Sure, not a problem. In more, less, why is it impossible

I understand that it's late, but I will answer - I do it. First, I sauté an onion / carrot in it on "Rice", and then I add cabbage (I usually give some sauerkraut, some fresh), tomatoes (I have frozen chopped ones), salt, pepper, herbs (to taste). A couple of tablespoons of sour cream, mixed so that everything was evenly, closed with a lid and cooking on the same program (10 minutes) and that's it!

I have a counter question - is it possible to cook baked milk in a pressure cooker and how (in the sense of what is the optimal displacement and what program, how long). And then at first it caught fire, and then I read that someone was boiling and the electronics died

Handy girls help SV ARS
I decided to try baking a curd casserole. Strictly according to the recipe from the book. But she didn't risk it, she spread the oiled paper. Baking mode 30 minutes. Opened the bottom even with black paper. Not brown, but black. The cottage cheese itself is damp. There was no point in worrying. And the lid did not close. As if the air was in the way. Although the valve was open.
Yesterday baked mannik 10 minutes mode Porridge.bottom with paper. After 5 minutes (this time, together with the pressure build-up), the pressure cooker began to beep and E3 on the scoreboard. Couldn't turn it off. Had to be pulled out of the network What is it? rummaged through the whole book there is no decryption.
Then she put the bake on Bakery products 10 minutes. After heating for 5 minutes. As a result, the bottom burned out again, but the manna was baked.
What nonsense I don’t understand in any way. Share who handled it.

Try to bake on the program RIS... time 8-12 min. For casserole from 600 gr. cottage cheese is enough for 8-9 minutes.
E3 - the saucepan gives an error. Not enough fluid.

I decided to write to Usman. They sent a response. If anyone needs a transcript, write it down for yourself;

E1 - No heating

E2 - Never met

E3 - Overtemperature

E4 - Other malfunctions (The pressure sensor does not work, etc.)

You will have to send the multicooker to us to adjust the temperature sensor.

Come on!!!!!! : o just send right back?
E3 - temperature rise - everything is correct. In the "Porridge" mode, the saucepan works for boiling (the cereal is still boiled in liquid), but when baking, there is no boiling as such, such intensive heating is not needed. But the program is the program. So the saucepan is overheating.
I don’t know if I explained it clearly I think you shouldn't rush to send her to Usman. Maybe you still need to go to Baking? After all, everything is all right with you with other modes?

Huh. And what, then, is "soon"? It takes me an hour to make porridge in Panas, at least on stewing, at least on a program .. And even half a glass of cereal he is able to process normally (although the risk and millet turn a little ruddy) ... This is somehow uninteresting then it comes out. I've already rolled out my dreams about a car in half an hour ...

I cook corn porridge in CB with a set of pressure for 30 minutes. And this is one of the toughest kurpas that require long cooking. Buckwheat 15 minutes with a set of pressure, oatmeal and less. I cook half a cup of cereal, my two kids don't need it anymore. SV does an excellent job with these tasks

Exactly! Therefore, the heating should be stronger than when baking. If the oven is on the "PORTRAIT" mode, the saucepan will overheat.

While it's too early to draw conclusions, the pie is not very successful, but I will try a biscuit and the situation will clear up on it. Although I won't say anything bad, the dough rose and baked well (on baking powder). The lower crust is beautiful, ruddy. The top is naturally pale.

Girls, why are you comparing baked goods? It will be different in different SV.
In Brenda, biscuit on Rice is baked for 20 to 30 minutes. You can see and read in the Brand topic.
I baked yeast cake on Pastry for 50 minutes.
Baking Cupcakes 59 min.

Hello hostesses! Happy Easter of Christ! As I understand it, you are all at work, baking cakes.
What can I tell you so far for my pressure cooker ARS did not come. from Usman. Yes, I thought a lot and did not want to give it into the wrong hands, but after another failure I still decided (the biscuit burned to blackness in 10 minutes with paper on the bottom). : girl_cray: Here I obviously have more power than I need. I read that it is elementary to tighten the screws there, but I think it's better for us fools not to go into electronics. Moreover, it is under warranty.
Beretta be a friend try to bake something.Others are fine. Maybe you will be just super!
And I will once again check if mine works fine or not!

I tried to bake charlotte. I took the recipe from the booklet that came with the pressure cooker.
The baking time was suggested to be 40-50 minutes. Kept 50 minutes on BAKERY.
Bottom line: everything was baked, but the bottom was fried, and the top was pale (but this is so in all cartoons). 40 minutes would be enough, that's for sure. And you could lay some baking paper. But she was not there.
Well, here it is: (Vidocq, of course, not very good, but nothing for the first time)
I cook in a pressure cooker (tips, questions, recommendations)

I draw the following conclusions: the oven in ARC is very possible, the main thing is to set the right time.
But I probably would rather bake in a cartoon, so it's more convenient and familiar to me. There are already proven recipes and modes.

Hello girls! It arrived in your shelf, yesterday I bought my daughter ARC a new model, yesterday they only managed to boil water in it (some advise to do this initially). I wanted to ask if I was doing the right thing, I did not understand how the air relief valve should stand, and how high the second valve should rise (which is located next to it, I apologize, I do not remember the name). When the water has boiled - the soup program, it went into heating mode, while if there is a lot of pressure this button flashes, if the button does not flash, then you can bleed the air. And it turned out that as soon as it went into heating mode, it just caught fire and I could bleed the air. Is this normal, or for some reason she didn't gain a certain amount of pressure? And another question is, do we in Lipetsk not have a warranty workshop for ARC?

Zhannochka, Welcome! I didn't quite understand which model you have, but according to the descriptions everything seems to be in order. Start testing your saucepan, add your own recipes, otherwise there are not many of them. Good luck!

(this valve is open - air is coming out a little) If you direct yourself, air will come out strongly. If directed towards the float valve, it is closed. Cover the valve with a towel when bleeding to avoid scalding. Try to cook something. maybe then you will better understand the pressure.
Recipe:
cut the chicken into portions and roll in spices
when the lid is open, the "Chicken" mode is slightly growing. butter on the bottom lightly fry the chicken.
Close the lid, no water needed. Pressure build-up starts. the valve is directed towards the float (parallel to the handle)
after some time, steam will start to escape from the valve for 20 seconds and the valve will slam shut - steam does not go. numbers will run then stop will appear 12, the countdown will begin.
12 minutes - the program will turn off and go to heating
press reset. will appear 0000
disconnect from the network. (optional)
You can wait until the lid unlocks by itself, but I closed it with a 4 times rolled towel and opened the valve towards myself a little. All the steam is gone.
All the chicken in the juice is very soft and even the breast is juicy!
As for the service center in Lipetsk, maybe it is, but I bought directly from the company, since I ordered an additional bowl and ring, and not in the store. There, by the way, and the video is how to direct the valve. But I have a new model of 6 liters like the Beretta, the valve there is a little different in the video. So I only have to work with them directly.

Zhannochka

That is, it turns out that we have ARC and the recipes are suitable for this particular model, I mean in terms of time and program? Or are they all suitable, but will need to be adjusted in time?
prubul
Yes. by this link-where it is written recipes for SV ARS, or recipe authors Davli, Beretta ,Tester they definitely have our ARS.
But get ready right away that there will be no crispy crust in the dishes. They are rather stewed in their own juice, and it tastes better. By the way, what a rich chicken broth turns out - just like from a village chicken!

Cook the broth in the mode "SOUP"and leave heated for 1 hour! Only dill I add code I pour potatoes into cups I don’t put. And everything else, as always, at first with the lid open a little bit. oil, fry carrots, onions, (if you want a little, you can also chicken) Pour with water HOT (cold cannot be placed in a hot bowl, the coating may deteriorate)... Please note that the water does not boil away, add salt and pepper. I don’t bother about foam. When I open the lid, it is along the walls, collected and thrown away. And it's better to throw the lavrushka when your program goes into heating. (All spicy herbs in SV have a very rich taste, so it's better not to get carried away with a lot)

As for me, any recipes that can be found in books, the internet, from words, and so on are suitable for any model of a multicooker or pressure cooker ...
There is a cooking program at the pressure cooker, and you just need to imagine how it can be cooked in the standard mode on the stove, and then shift it to the pressure cooker modes, taking into account the cooking time.
To do this, you just need to look at the cooking time of individual products (dishes) in this model of a multicooker or pressure cooker.

For example, I cook all the dishes like this
So I went to invent thick soup with eggplant - it will work out, I'll post it on the forum

Hello!!! I have been using the landlife pressure cooker for 1.5 years now, I'm happy. But the other day, either I washed the lid unsuccessfully, or something else, but now steam comes out from under the lid :-( :-( :-( :-(, the pressure is not accumulated, the countdown doesn’t start, the pressure cooker works like a regular saucepan. I am so upset, help, can anyone come across, maybe I pressed a little and I don’t know about it, I don’t know what to do :-(
Elena Bo
This O-ring does not fit well. Either it is badly washed, or it is stretched out. Also check the edge to which the ring rests when closing.
Trendy
vangelissa , I have another pressure cooker, but faced this problem a couple of times. In my case, the steam release valve was clogged, the one in the middle of the lid. Before that, she cooked porridge and forced steam down, so he started hammering. It was not convenient to clean, the valve is protected by a grate, but I did not give up. She took off the lid, soaked it, and then cleaned it with a needle and a stream of water. It helped! Now I am more mindful of my saucepan.
vangelissa
Oops, thanks for the answers, it gives hope for a fix. I will clean the valves and the gum, I will believe it, but the gum was always very tight, it hangs there, one might say. In general, how often the gum needs to be changed, you can buy a good one on the Internet. But first I will believe the valve. Thank you so much!

Good health to all members of the forum!
I read a lot of interesting dishes prepared in multi-cookers and decided to buy. Today the multicooker SR-TMH 181 has settled in my kitchen next to HP.
Having looked through the Internet pages with your recipes for multicookers, I was just stunned by how great everything is! Simply. Affordable and most importantly delicious. And fried and steamed and boiled.
Brought home, climbed into the instructions and froze: a short list of recipes for such a toy. Of course, I expected more from the manufacturer. All hope is on you. You are welcome. Whoever will take over my patronage. To begin with, the first question is - if the volume of the pan is 4.5 liters, what is the minimum amount you can lay. Well, for example, like frying a chicken thigh. In what mode. Girls, please, who uses this model, please help me take the first steps.
Luysia
clarens, you wrote a little in the wrong topic.

You have a Panasonic SR-TMH181. This is not a pressure cooker, but a multicooker.

You with questions in this topic... There is also a lot of useful information for beginners.

And in the first post of this topic, there are links to recipes by category: first courses, baked goods, dairy and egg dishes, etc.

I want to share! You probably know that everything is terribly burning in my ARS and I cannot sinter anything.
So I decided to buy a silicone mat (holds up to 250 degrees). It was hilarious when I took out the burnt pie again, but the most amazing thing wasthat there are even dark traces of heating on the rug from the side of the bowl. Do not wash! Rug production (Italy)
Another attempt failed. Girls, how lucky you are that you care about everything! I want a cottage cheese casserole !!!
Zhannochka
prubul, I don’t remember what they told you about burning. I also recently had a small problem and I wrote to Usman, found out how to send them a cartoon, and when I wrote to them that I was from Lipetsk, they offered to pick it up themselves. Can you give it back for repairs? It also burns a little for me, but I think that I cannot navigate in time.
prubul
Zhannochka! They took me away for examination and said that there were no problems. Allegedly, it is not necessary to use baking paper, although on their website in the section "Recipes" it is written that this is permissible. They just don't want to change. After all, after 10 minutes, the baking turns black and in the recipe for 30-40 minutes.
In short, no luck!
As my husband says - "do not fool yourself, while the other modes are working, use it, or even the rest will break after repair in some workshop"
Today I visited their website (it didn’t work for several days) and what do you think-They removed the baking paper line from the recipe! Well done!
Operatively work - you will not find fault! It's a pity I didn't copy it to my computer. that page!
Zhannochka
And what if you call any workshop (we have) where they are engaged in the repair of fast. and consult with them what they have to say. And then according to consumer rights and then ... I changed the washing machine like that. When I called the store, I was immediately asked "why did I call on rights", that is, they already called back from there, clarified everything and voila, I got what I wanted.
