Olya Wad., set the time, the stew is unlikely to work on the programmed modes, they are shorter.

yes, yes, yes, I have one. The husband was given this "beast" at work, and in the kit she does not have a book with recipes and even sensible instructions ((
She has modes: FISH-RICE / PLOV-Porridge / CHICKEN-SOUP-MEAT-COLD / BEANS

MamaBusinky, it looks the same as other mechanically controlled pressure cookers. Everything is very simple there. Fill the pot, close the lid and set the desired mode. My old Unit is her progenitor.

Oh, and don't forget about the valve! It must first be closed (the correct position must be drawn on the cover) and carefully turned to relieve pressure.

Oh, thanks for the prompt reply !!!!
Does your "progenitor" beep about the end of cooking? My instructions say that d. B. signal, but I never heard it ((

No signal . Unless you count a slight click at the end of the program.

Answer who cooked condensed milk in cans in a pressure cooker.
Cooked in Brand 6050 for 20 minutes. The milk turned brown, but remained fairly liquid. The question is, was this milk bad or does it always work in a pressure cooker?
Who knows?

I cook constantly in my pressure cooker. on the program meat for 25 minutes, I really like it. I mostly take condensed milk from Belarus. It is boiled milk that is obtained from it - dense, not sticky. And about two weeks ago I cooked a jar of Alekseevsky, the composition of milk and sugar (if you believe the inscription on the can), but the milk came out as a dark liquid mass and tasted like toffee, - the oil feels like it is palm tree there, and even some kind of impurity like grains of dry milk. The same result with condensed milk "Milk Country", although palm oil and milk powder are not indicated in the composition, but they are clearly present to the taste of boiled milk.
🔗 The muck is rare, the jar is worth it, you can't even put it in the cream.
So the reason is definitely in the condensed milk itself, or rather, in its producers (they chemistry with the composition, but they don't tell us)
Therefore, I advise you to take the Belarusian one.
🔗 There were no punctures with him.

Girls and boys! Has anyone cooked preparations for the winter in a pressure cooker? Specifically interested in cherries in their own juice. I will be very grateful!

As the owner of both devices, I will say this, they complement each other perfectly.
Yes, of course it is, and the BMW 7 Series perfectly complements the 8 Series.
