Wings in soy sauce (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Chicken wings 4 things.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1) Combine soy sauce, vinegar and powder. Pour them over the wings and mix well. Leave to marinate for an hour.
  • 2) Turn the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and cook the wings for 7 minutes.
  • 3) Add water and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 4) Open the lid, turn on the "Fry" mode for another 7 minutes so that the water evaporates and the wings are covered with glaze.

Note

These are teriyaki wings. If you reduce the extinguishing time, the wings will be harder and drier. But I like it softer)))
