Congratulations!

It's great when people can fix the equipment themselves! Admin, congratulations! And I remember in my first bread maker there was a problem that we could have dealt with ourselves, but we hoped for a service center, so after 4 repairs it never really worked out.
Violin
Tell me, please, maybe I ran into such a problem - the new Panasonic 2512 - even in the "dark crust" mode it bakes VERY pale bread. There used to be Panasonic 255, so it baked darker on a light crust ...
Poul
Maybe try to squeeze the thermal sensor? (Slightly loosen the fixing screw on the sensor)
Violin
Poul, and where is it located?
anatolic
Violin, Don't touch the thermal sensor. The same problem was at first, but then everything fell into place.
Violin
anatolic, and how long have you had it? With such a problem, you tried to bake on a light crust - what color was the bread? am i hoping i might just messed up when assembling?
Taia
Svetlana, does all the bread turn out to be light or just a hat on top?
Violin
Taia, all uniformly light.
Taia
Svetlana, wrote here that over time, the stove starts to bake stronger and the crust turns out darker.
With novya, my bread turned out to be very pale-faced, now it's normal. Although even on a "dark crust" it will not work very fried, so mediocre.
Violin
Taia, in 255 panasik I got a very beautiful bread, especially in the "French" mode. And here, well, in general, none. She's under warranty, she's only 1.5 months old - to send it to the SC for 45 days ... somehow I don't really want to ... I just think this model has a backlash cover, does not fit as tightly as in previous models, maybe the heat goes away?

Sorry, but I don't even remember. Somehow it was gradually. I don't bake on a light crust, I don't like a pale look.
Masinen
I am also pale, I bake in the middle. The stove is new.
But this does not bother me at all, on the contrary, I do not like the thick fried crust.

Good evening! Thanks a lot for this thread. I read it cover to cover, and in general the forum is cool. So I became a "happy" owner of a creaky oven 2501. After the New Year holidays I will try to use the guarantee. It creaks like the video in the previous posts, but I want to shoot my video too, and send a claim by e-mail. The first batch I had was on "pizza", there was no clang and rattle, as now there was. A couple of days later I put "French" on, I hear some noise in the kitchen, and then, like everyone else ....... I ran to the kitchen, was horrified, went to read the forum. Actually, I am not complaining, but writing for statistics. There was an assumption here that some batch of stoves was with such a defect, it turns out that no. Mine was released in October 2014 just recently.

I think the problem is that the old bucket has 4 pins for fastening, the new one - 2. Accordingly, the grooves in which the bucket is attached 4 and 2. On 2, the bucket holds up worse, staggers.

My 2502 also has 2 pins, but it does not creak. When kneading, rattling is heard, but not a squeak.
11,
PANASONIC SD-ZB2512KTS error u50 occurred when baking a cake in mode 14 when trying to start a repeated cycle of shopping mall the cake was not baked in 3 minutes .... what to do ?? help mi !!!! I sent a bucket of dough to the oven .. we can bake it there.
sazalexter
11,, will cool down will turn on
11,
Yes, thanks, I figured it out ..... then on mode 14 you need to turn on for 1.5 hours and monitor it yourself ....... it's not very convenient.
the dough was baked for 3 minutes in HP and then for 20 minutes in the oven ...maybe he wasn’t sure that the oven would be resurrected. PANASONIC SD-ZB2512KTS error u50 - a big jamb in the software and description in the IMHO instructions.
ksuha
Good afternoon, Sonechka owners. A question for those who have had a 2501 bread maker for a relatively long time. I am very worried about the plastic kneading mechanism inside the oven, as I looked at reviews of other ovens, I never saw such a thing, how durable it is.
sazalexter
ksuha, very durable, breakage unit.
ksuha
sazalexterLet's hope the money is not wasted. Of course, she bakes perfectly! T-t-t, so as not to jinx it.
Violin
So my crust did not become normal ... It was pale ...
sazalexter
Violin, Add sugar to the dough.
RAE
If sugar is added, yeast should be reduced, shouldn't it?
sazalexter
RAENo, this is superfluous, many recipes on the forum and in the book require adjustments for salt and sugar, for my taste upwards.
tur
mom complained that 255 broke. today turned on the "dumplings" for idle - twists. To celebrate, I poured everything onto milk bread, I turn it on - the display is on, but does not respond to any pressing. What to do?
stood for an hour and after another attempt to plug it in, it seemed to start ... but such glitches ... who had a thread like that? how is it treated?
Violin
sazalexter, Thank you! I will try, but I would not like to increase the calorie content due to technical problems ... I will carry it to the service, probably ..
Sofikoshenka
Good day. So far, I have not read all the pages, I will definitely continue reading.
Please tell me why a bucket can hang in a bread maker
model 2502
Wit
Sofikoshenka, it should be so. The free "dangling" paddle protects against jerking during mixing. This backlash is patented by Panasonic.
Clarify: are we talking about a "dangling" paddle or bucket? Just in case, do I answer a bucket too ?: A BUCKET should NOT hang out. After inserting the bucket into the groove, you need to turn it slightly clockwise and it will lock. There were cases when they complained about the bucket dangling, mistaking the dangling for a slight vibration. Then you need to shoot a video and upload it. Good luck!

That's exactly the bucket that dangles, I turn it, put it down, everything is as expected, it dangles anyway, very much.
I had 2500 before this one, everything was in order there.
I can not return, there is no guarantee since I bought it from my hands

Then this is a serious problem. Apparently the rotation unit is junk. Let's wait for Sasha-sazalexter... Maybe he will tell you how to do without a service center. If by the evening does not appear, then write to him in a personal.
sazalexter
Sofikoshenka, See how many tendrils of the hook are on the bucket, the photo is above in the topic. There should be 2 pieces, and check the counterpart in the HP visually if everything is in order. Twist the bucket 180 * around the axis of rotation, insert the bucket, get into the hooks, it may help.

Antennae 2, I twist the bucket, hangs less on one side

you know. there is such a black thing, probably a shaft, it spins normally when you turn it hard, and if slowly, then it locks, it seems like I wrote it correctly, now my husband will come from work, I'll show him, maybe we'll figure it out.
Snejinka
I asked a friend to come with her bucket (she does not swing or creak). It does not creak in my stove, does not dangle and behaves normally. We draw a conclusion - the stove is in order, the problem is with the bucket.
iren7
My bread maker has stopped kneading, but it bakes. I manually knead the dough, put it in a bucket and it bakes. Has anyone had this problem?

iren7.Write the HP model
While waiting for an answer, I decided to figure it out myself, Unscrew the back cover and found that the belt was asleep, put on the belt and it all worked.

Oh, our women!
As the saying goes, a galloping horse ..., a hut will enter a burning hut and repair a bread maker.
NatalyTeo
And I have such a problem - in the stove there is a dispenser on top for sprinkling additives. So when it is empty, it works, but as soon as it is full, the automation does not open it. Maybe I somehow do not fill it correctly?
sazalexter
NatalyTeo, Is the dispenser rectangular or round? Common error, dispenser overflow, high humidity of additives.
NatalyTeo
Thank you very much, probably overflowing, I pour it there from the heart, without weighing. Rectangular dispenser.
Sofikoshenka
And my husband never unscrewed anything: pardon: So it hits the bucket.
Shurik
sazalexter, I have a bread maker SD-2501. On the 3rd program (main with raisins) the additive dispenser did not work. I poured 150 grams of pine nuts and such a bummer How to deal with it? The bread maker is new, just starting to master ...
meatball
Good day to all!

Our bread maker began to knead with difficulty. At first they thought that the sticky flour was caught. After reading the forum, we realized that we were not alone and that the capacitor was to blame. The husband is a former electronics engineer, asks is it just a capacitor or maybe a belt? Does the Panasonic 257 have a belt on the motor? We have it for 3-4 years.

Thank you
sazalexter
meatball, A toothed belt is present but is unlikely to fail.
meatball
Today I changed it. He did not find it at 450V, he had to put it on 400V as an experiment, temporarily until he finds it at 450V. Now I will wait until the bread is over and check it in 3-4 days.

Panasonic Bread Makers Problems and Breakdowns

The husband at work measured the capacitor, showed 1.5, so there is a hope that the bread maker will work in a new way.

Added on Tuesday 28 Mar 2017 06:17

Kneading started like new, very briskly twisting, but there was some kind of periodically buzzing sound, as my husband says, looks like a slipping belt or something. Maybe when the motor is hard to turn, the belt slips? Without a bucket, the rotor spins easily and without sound, just as without a load, it also spins without sound.
sazalexter
meatball, The toothed belt rarely slips, unless it is tensioned or worn out.
meatball
🔗]

Here is this sound of work, please listen and tell me what it could be?

sazalexter Is there a tension adjustment? This sound only appeared after replacing the capacitor ...
sazalexter
meatballAll I heard was a bucket creak, not a belt slip. There is nothing scary, if it is embarrassing you can lay a ring https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=637.40
meatball
Got it, thank you, read it. But the sound still looks like rubber

p. from. We have a new bucket, we changed it recently.
smv17
Help me figure it out, I could not read the whole topic. There is a model 2500. I tried to check the operability using the manual, everything turns and heats up. But ten does not turn on during leveling and spreading and the dough does not rise, it is cold. The baking program works, the batch does it too. Who faced this?
sazalexter
smv17Is the room too hot?
smv17
The room is 24 degrees. HP can be reflashed? It feels like a software glitch.
