I raised the temperature in Shteba to 80, dipped the electronic thermometer into the water, and stuck Teskomovsky into the ham. So, the electronic one shows 74/75 degrees, inside the ham, by the end, it barely reached the red triangle!
I really can't wait for it to cool down, I really want to see what happened!
