But pallets for marshmallow (one was included, the second was ordered additionally) curves came (the edges on both sides are strongly raised). I already kept them under load (for a long time), and watered them with hot water - they do not even out in any way. Advise on how to bring the pallets back to normal. And then the marshmallow flows down from the raised sides. By the way, for some reason I did not find anything on the Internet about a similar problem. And on the official website, someone asked the manufacturers about this, but, in my opinion, no one gave an answer there. I'm waiting for advice !!!

A similar problem, except perhaps after a year of intensive use. ALL pallets went to warp. I decided to order pallets for Isidri 1000. They are not much more expensive. And I was not mistaken. The quality of the plastic is many times better. It is thicker and different. They do not need to be lubricated with oil. The pastille does not stick to them and separates perfectly. So this is the advice)))

Now I turn on the dryer first without heating, then I set it to 40 degrees, then 50 degrees. This scheme most often achieves normal operation. If this does not work, then I turn off the heating, wait for it to cool down and repeat again, starting from a low temperature.
