Gorgonzola cheese about 90 gr.
Cream 10% 3-8 st. l.

For lazy ice cream:
Egg yolk C-0 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Broth preparation:
  • We prepare the broth according to this recipe.

  • Base broth for sweet soups (sauces, jellies, syrup) light fruity (Tumanchik)

Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • The perfect base for fruit processing! I highly recommend it! Cook all ingredients for the broth in a saucepan.
  • Prepare pears:
  • Peel the pears, preserving the stalks, and immediately put them in the prepared broth so as not to darken. Boil the broth and cook with pears for 15 minutes. Then turn off the fire.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Leave to cool, and then put in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Making jelly:
  • Part of the broth - about 60 gr. - strain into a tall glass (I have a disposable beer). Add gelatin for swelling. After 20 minutes, dilute in a water bath. Strain and add another 120 gr. strained broth. Put in the refrigerator to set.
  • Preparation of the filling:
  • Mash the cheese well with cream until it becomes a paste with pieces. Add Cream Cheese. You can, of course, with a blender, if you don't mind cheese. But I like pieces of it. Cool the filling, be sure to cover.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Syrup preparation:
  • Part of the broth where pears were cooked - 160 gr. - strain and, adding 3 tbsp. l. sugar, boil until reduced by 2-3 times for 30-40 minutes with a low boil. Cover and cool.
  • Ice cream preparation:
  • You can take any ice cream. Or you can make the "laziest" ice cream according to this recipe:
  • "Orange Blossom" is the laziest ice cream for yourself
  • Forming and feeding:
  • You can serve pears as you like!
  • As soon as I was not perverted.
  • First submission option:
  • Remove the jelly from the glass. Cut into washers with a wide knife. Place the jelly washer on a plate. Refrigerate.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Trim the pear from the bottom to stand. Cut into two parts so that the bottom is 2/3 of the whole pear. Carefully remove the middle from the bottom with a spoon.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Place the pear on the jelly washer. Put the filling inside. Cover with the top. Drizzle with syrup. Sprinkle with raisins.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Serve with a glass of chilled wine. If it slips and you are not sure of stability, then it is better to chop the jelly and lay it near the pear.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Second submission option:
  • Place sliced pear slices on a jelly washer. Mash blue cheese on top. Add raisins from broth.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce
  • Top with ice cream roses. Drizzle with syrup.
  • Pears stuffed with blue cheese and fruit sauce

The dish is designed for

3 servings

Note

It's incredibly delicious!
The broth can be applied to all fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend cooking!

For those who do not like blue cheeses, I would advise you to stuff the pear with any cream cheese. But I highly recommend trying this dessert!

Larissa would not advise me to change ... but considering what you do there ... try any cream cheese or very delicate undigested cottage cheese, beat it with sugar and some alcohol.
