Fried Tofu Carrot Salad

Ingredients

Tofu 1 pack
Carrot 2 pcs
Soybean oil
Pepper, sesame
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan
  • Cut the tofu into pieces and fry in soybean oil
  • Grate carrots
  • Mix everything and pour over hot vegetable oil.
  • Insist for 1 hour
  • Very satisfying and healthy
