Ingredients

2. Flour 3 cups-450g
3. Salt 1.5 teaspoon l.
4. Sugar 1.5 table. l.
5. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
6. Chopped garlic 1 slice
7. Greens (finely chopped dill) 2 tbsp. l.
8. Sour cream 25% 2 tbsp. l.
9. Water 240 ml.

Cooking method

  • Cup 240 ml.
  • Preparation: 1. Place the products in the same order as in the recipe. 2. Bake in BASIC BAKE mode, medium size bread (700gr.), Medium crust.

I baked bread according to this recipe. True, she added seeded rye flour (300 g of millet. + 150 rye.). The bread was baked well, but the "dome" did not rise, it turned out flat. Probably because of the rye flour. But the color struck me. Never before has a loaf turned out such a beautiful golden color. And this color is the same, even on the crust and on the sides of the bread.

My bread turned out great. Only there was no 25% sour cream - it was 15% and I added a teaspoon of yeast and baked in fast mode.

The bread is amazing. However, I added 2 cloves of garlic, some smoked sausage and cheese. And instead of dill (well, it was not) parsley.

It is quite possible that there is too much water, especially since your sour cream is more liquid than in the recipe, did you check the bun ??

Fresh or dry? ... of course a matter of taste. I personally liked dry dill more. Fresh is all dissolved in the dough, and dry gives (it seems to me) more flavor and looks interesting on the cut, and fresh garlic is probably better. Try it, tastes are different, but in any case the bread is very, very LUCK!
