Beet salad with mushrooms

Ingredients

Boiled beets 400g
Champignon / forest lamellar mushrooms 400g
bulb onions 2 pcs
garlic 2-3 teeth
vegetable oil 100ml
salt 2 tsp
sugar 1h the spoon
vinegar 5-6% 1 st. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Finely dice one peeled onion and prepared mushrooms. Put the onion in a saucepan with heated oil, fry it over low heat, until transparent, stirring occasionally, add the mushrooms, salt with 1 teaspoon of salt (be guided by your taste), bring the mushrooms to readiness.
  • While the mushrooms are cooling, finely chop the second onion and garlic. Peel and cut the beets into small cubes, transfer to a bowl, add vinegar, mix, then salt, sugar, garlic, onion and mix again. Put the mushrooms, mix gently, close the lid and let the salad infuse for a couple of hours.

Note

I didn't have champignons, I used green tea, well it turned out very tasty

Tanya, right from the photo I thought it was your recipe! so interesting! Still have fresh mushrooms? We are unlikely to get into the forest ... We need to put things in order in the garden. And corned beef this year did not score at all! green worms (pigs, pods, black milk mushrooms - are we talking about the same thing?) got caught once and the whole family overgrown wormy "pancakes" ... No, this is not a vinaigrette, this is beetroot with mushrooms. Mushrooms are very felt, it seems to me that mushrooms give the taste, especially greenback.
