Pancakes on the Ducan diet

Ingredients

Oat bran (ground into flour) 4 tbsp. l.
Kefir 0% 150 ml
Egg 2 pcs
Milk 0.5% 50 ml
Soda 1/2 tsp
Sugar substitute taste
Rast. oil 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Heat the kefir, add all the bulk + sahzam, beat the eggs separately and add to the dough. Gradually pour in boiling milk, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Add oil and fry in a preheated skillet.
  • I greased the pan a little with a drop of oil. The dough is thin, do not add anything, and do not pour a lot into the pan. The pancakes are excellent, do not stick, do not break. I turned it over with my hands.
  • Stir the dough before each pouring into the pan.
