2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp orange peel
1 tsp grated ginger (fresh)

3 eggs
0.5 cups olive oil
0.5 cups sour cream 20%
2/3 cup water
300 g baked pumpkin pulp

Preheat the oven to 180C, grease the dish and sprinkle with sugar.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, olive oil, salt, spices, orange zest, sour cream, pumpkin pulp.
Quench the soda with lemon juice and add to the egg-pumpkin mixture.
Then add 1 cup flour and half a portion of water to the egg-pumpkin mixture, mix, and again 1 cup flour and the remaining water, mix.
Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 55 minutes.
Cool in the mold for 10 minutes, and then remove from the mold.

In the cake recipe here above, the measurements are given - cups (= glass), and what kind of flour they contain is not clear. That is, the weight, and therefore the composition of the dough, can turn out to be very different.
There would be a recipe in terms of weight, not volume - and there would be no questions.
