Rita, and I will never sell my Gourmet .. he is completely different from other stoves .. his bottom cover is just super! I was now frying potatoes in it in a village style in large slices and got great pleasure from cooking .. stirring on a light sliding glossy surface is very cool and the crust turns out to be cool. A big plus for the device is the ability to turn off the top cover in time if necessary.
