Flavored Butter Tortillas

Ingredients

500 gr flour
1.5 tsp salt
5 g fresh pressed yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
350 g of water
Aroma oil
Olive oil (any grows) 2-3 tbsp. l
garlic 1-2 cloves
greens (I have parsley) half a bunch
hard cheese (like parmesan) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Kneading the "pizza" mode in HP for 45 minutes, then put it in the cold. The dough can be kept cold for up to 4 days (you can start using it from the next day).
  • On the day of baking, we take out the dough, divide it into 3-4 equal parts and form balls, cover with a towel, leave for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Finely chop parsley, garlic through a press, grate cheese on a fine grater and combine everything with butter.
  • It is best to roll out such dough with your hands, gradually stretching from the center to the edges. But you can also use a rolling pin. To prevent the dough from bubbling much during baking - prick with a chekich or a fork more often, grease with oil and parsley.
  • Baked in a Ferrari pizza machine for 5 minutes, mode 3, warmed up for 10 minutes for 2.5

Very tasty! Baking, however, not on water, but on tomato brine. One at the request of her husband possfell with sesame seeds toasted in the microwave. The second is almost according to the recipe: with butter, garlic, cheese and dry basil. Flew away for a barbecue for three instantly! And I'll bake the third tomorrow. GruSha, thank you very much!
