Flip Plum Pie

Ingredients

plums 13-15pcs.
sugar 1.5 st.
vanilla sugar 1package
egg 2 pcs.
milk 1 \ 3st.
butter 150g
wheat flour 200g
baking powder 2h l

Cooking method

  • To bake this cake, we will need a frying pan that you can put in the oven. Since the cake is baked directly in it.
  • Preparation
    -Beat eggs with half the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • -Add milk, softened butter 130g. Stir everything well.
  • - Gently add flour mixed with baking powder to the egg mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • -Cut the plums into halves, remove the seeds.
  • -Melt 20g in a frying pan. butter, add the remaining sugar, and bring to a caramel state.
  • -Remove the pan from the stove and immediately spread the plums, cut down
  • Flip Plum Pie
    - Distribute the dough from above.
  • -Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 40 minutes.
  • - Take out the finished cake, let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • -Then cover with a suitable sized dish, turn over and carefully remove the pan.
  • -The cake is ready. Delicious!
