Ingredients

Dried sunflower seeds 150 g
Powdered sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Baking powder 2 tsp
Ground crackers 100 g
(~ 10 tbsp. L.)
Egg 2 pcs.
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind dried (not fried!) Seeds in a coffee grinder. Combine ground seeds, icing sugar, baking powder, ground crackers and flour.
  • Add eggs and butter and stir. You should have a thick, sticky dough.
  • Form cookies from the dough - cakes, balls, strips. (When forming figures, hands and pieces of dough should be dipped in flour.)
  • On top of the cookies, make a pattern with a fork or knife (otherwise they will crack when baking).

  • Cookies will increase in volume by about 2 times

Time for preparing:

20 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake at t = 200 ° C

P.S. In general, my homemade sooo loved whole grain crackers from Anise, I bake almost every other day, still not tired. I have already tried so many different variations, both with rye flour, and with "Belovodye" crumbs, and with cinnamon ... it's harder to remember what I didn't add to these cookies ... Great recipe !!!

With semolina, because I usually don't have rusks, and I bake such a quantity of bread that nothing remains. Sorry, there will be no photographs, because the cookies are already going to the forest (baked specially for a snack in nature). But they had time to try. And we liked it.
