I got pie on yesterday Rublevsky baked dough with minced meat.
My pie rose so much that I opened the lid of the princess ... Well, of course, the top crust burned out after 7 minutes, I put two rugs on it and baked for another 20 minutes.
In general, burnt, not beautiful, but I show it because it is soooooooooo delicious.
I kneaded the dough with a full portion (for 4 tablespoons of flour), according to the recipe, but I always put less yeast, 35 grams, probably, margarine 200g. Well, I forgot this dough in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours like this ... It went well there too.
I had minced meat from red chicken meat with the addition of breast fillets (only 500g). Fried two finely chopped onions in butter, cooled and mixed with minced meat, added salt, spices (utskho-suneli 1/3 tsp).
I rolled out the dough, cut out a circle slightly larger than the pizza pan and put the dough in this shape. Spread the minced meat evenly on top, put thinly chopped tomato slices on the minced meat and sprinkle it with cheese. I covered the cake with a second layer of dough. I have a little dough left, just enough for pizza.
I really like pies with raw meat or minced meat, they are more juicy. But in the princess you need less minced meat and thinner dough and everything will be without excesses.
