Ingredients

Carbonated mineral water 300ml
Sugar 2st. l.
Flour 520gr (+ 3st. L.)
Fresh yeast 30gr.
Vegetable oil 100 ml.
Salt 1h l.
Filling
Potatoes (medium) 5 pieces.
Beef liver 300gr.
Bulb onions 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Spice mixture (black and red pepper) 1h l.
Vegetable oil 40 ml.
Cognac 2st. l.
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt 1 st. l.
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Dill 0.5 bundle

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Pour 300 ml of mineral carbonated water into a bowl, add sugar 2 tbsp. l. Add raw yeast 30 grams, if desired, you can replace it with dry 10 grams. Add 3 tbsp. l. flour and mix with a whisk. Close the lid and leave in a warm place for 10-20 minutes to make sure the yeast works. Now add 1 tsp. salt, pour in 100 ml of vegetable oil, mix and add gradually sifted flour, knead the flour dough, it will take about 500-550 grams. Knead the dough well, the dough turns out to be soft, slightly sticks to your hands. We remove the dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, so that the dough comes up a little, I put it in the oven and set the temperature to 50 degrees.
  • Prepare the filling - fry chopped onions and carrots in butter.
  • Add the chopped liver
  • Fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The main thing is not to dry out the liver.
  • Finely chop the garlic, prepare the cognac, salt, sugar, spices.
  • When the liver is almost ready, salt, pepper, add sugar, garlic, fry.
  • Pour in brandy, stir and turn off the heat. Grind the filling in a meat grinder.
  • Peel, wash and boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain the water, crush the mashed potatoes.
  • Mix potatoes with liver and finely chopped dill. The filling is ready.
  • I prepare the filling in advance, as the dough comes up very quickly. Pies can be fried and baked in the oven.
  • I fried 115000 in the Princess I don't remember how long, but quickly, I turned the pies over.
  • It's delicious, just extraordinary.
  • If you pour more oil, then you get more fried pies, and if a little less than a centimeter of the Princess's pan, then as baked. Very tasty anyway. If sweet pies and pies, then more sugar and salt 0.5 tsp. The dough is also suitable for pizza.

Tatyana, honestly I do not know. You can not add. I found the filling on some site, I don't remember who. And I really liked her. Instead of liver, you can stew any meat with onions and carrots and punch with a blender and with crushed potatoes. I did more with chicken fillets.
