Tanyulya, the pies are wonderful!

Here is a cut of my Napoleon, sorry for the crumbs, it was so inconvenient to take a photo at a party, I barely took a moment while no one saw:

To visit Napoleon, I also baked a large roll with jam made of yeast dough, 400 g of dough remained, and a little custard from Napoleon. Today I took out the leftovers and made buns with cream, they turned out like Crème de Parisienne, only the molding was not the same, I was afraid that they would be tall, and it was difficult to wrap up the dough for one (60g). And just two buns, 40g each. Baked for 15 minutes from a cold state. The bottom is slightly tanned.

Mine were stunned, I just told them, and I take the rolls out of the kitchen. No one understood where they came from, because I had been preparing grapes for drying all evening.

Jellied pie with saury and potatoes.
Pizza makers Princess 115000, Travola SW302T, Fagor MG-300 20 minutes from a cold state. I did it in the form I bought a long time ago for AG, but it was just enameled, and not non-stick, it turned out to be, the cake stuck so well, I was tired of tearing it off.

Tanyulya, Tatyana, and the cabbage in the finished pie is crunchy or soft? I have a cabbage pie planned for the evening, but yesterday I was too lazy to stew it ... Although, maybe I’ll throw the dough into Homecooker while I’m doing it ...
Rada-dms
annnushka27, the beauty !! I went to bake the cakes, I won't even go to sleep, but I was going to !!!

Tatyana, something average. Closer to soft but not stewed. I knead it well with salt, shred it too little, it is already becoming soft. The main thing is to drain the excess liquid, and then do not regret raw eggs and butter.

Girls, I'm with you hurray !!!!!! Received from ozone, no smell. But the pizza was fried for 22 minutes, the edges were not browned as it should be? And so I'm very happy ...

Maybe your tension jumped at this moment, my pizza in 12 minutes from a cold state is sooo tanned, the edges and bottom are very dried ...........
annnushka27
kVipoint, and baked directly in the oven, with a substrate or in a mold? I also bake for 12 minutes, the sides are also not very reddened from above, but the bottom is already tanned.
kVipoint
annnushka27, yes fried on a non-stick mat. Will it be faster without a rug? I just warmed it up before using it for the first time so that the smell burned out and therefore started making pizza on the rug. so as not to waste time. The bottom was a little dry. I'll try a trace once without a substrate
marlanca, and you have a princess for a long time? Can still get out of bed. Tension shouldn't jump, it's still morning
annnushka27
kVipoint, this is probably because of the rug, and there is little sugar in the dough, it does not blush well. I bake almost everything right in the oven or on paper. Bread dough cakes are also 12 minutes from turning on. Test it again.

Girls, and in Princesses there is a difference in the browning of the dough when it is oiled or not? Here in a stone pizza oven I had a difference: when I anointed the dough (especially the edges) with olive oil, the sides were soooo well browned and much faster than in the pizza in which I forgot to anoint

I still have chicken thigh kebabs today.

She removed the skin from the thighs and cut into two parts, marinated (spices, vegetable oil, salt) for 40 minutes, baked for 25 minutes and left for five minutes under a closed lid in the oven turned off.
Marinated with kamis, 0.5 pack for 5 small thighs.

Babushkawhat a beautiful cake! I will definitely try. But how do you get such beautiful tops? I have a stove recently, my tops are pale for some reason. The bottom is prepared faster, but you can put a thread on it. Maybe the height of the pies is not enough?
Babushka
Svetlana, Thank you! I don't know, maybe it depends on the test? I grease it with milk, when with sour cream. This time with an egg.
Sinica76
I baked a charlotte at the Princess today. Instead of apples - raspberry jam on top, it sank into the dough during the baking process, but not quite to the bottom, that is, everything is in order. She baked on ordinary baking paper, nothing burned, neither the paper nor the bottom of the cake. I have one complaint about myself and the dough: the biscuit is too dry at the exit. No, I understand that a classic biscuit should be like that (By the way, for cakes, the cakes will be just right for sculpting in the Princess, and you don't need to cut them). But I still want to moisturize. I didn’t put frozen raspberries in the dough, fearing that it would get wet. And now I think that it would have balanced it.
Anastasenok
Sinica76, I do with frozen black currants. But in the form of an airfryer. The last time I laid out half of the test. Then 15 pieces of dried apricots. Next, the rest of the dough and a couple of handfuls of berries on top. I put it in preheated.

ordinary charlotte. I baked in the form of an airfryer. 4 eggs are too much. 3 eggs, multi-glass flour and 3/4 multi-glass sugar. I also tried adding a tablespoon of oil. I liked the result.
Svetlana_Ni
AnastasenokWhat beauty, what deliciousness !!! I did not immediately notice that there are also dried apricots. Original! I don't really like apples, but I didn't think of berries.
Vasilica
Girls, you are so smart!

Stafa, Light, do you cook cutlets with or without foil?

The cakes are wonderful. The husband is also from the east and loves them. They used to buy from the tandoor. Now we eat our own
flame
Indeed, the cakes in it, like everything else, turn out to be just super. I also make not thick pizza dough pies in it. Everything is baked quickly for 15 minutes from the moment you turn on the network. The fillings are very different. Yesterday I baked with feta cheese. She kneaded the cheese with a fork, added a raw egg. One pie is ready. The second one was baked with minced meat filling. I let the onions go, added a lot of bell pepper, 10 minutes after the tomatoes, when the liquid almost evaporated the minced meat. Salted, pepper, added curry. When I was almost ready, sprinkled with grated hard cheese on top and turned off the stove, the lid did not open for 5 minutes. Both pies went off with a bang. The second turned out to be like a closed pizza. In both pies I made a hole for steam to escape from the filling. So thanks to all of you, a beloved assistant has appeared in the kitchen. Everything is fast, clean, simple. If after cooking even baked vegetable or meat juice remains, after it cools down a little, everything is removed with a soft damp sponge, then I just wipe it with a clean napkin.

The day before yesterday I baked Crochet focaccia https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4114.0... The dough all at once puffed into the oven, it sounded so cool there! The bottom was not covered with anything, and at the top the center had to be covered with foil. I did not stick the olives-tomatoes, but just poked them with a fork and covered them with seasonings. Delicious. The family of Larisa DJ was staying with me, so we ate this focaccia for 8 cheeks, and two of them were fucking little cheeks And baked pizza ...
Vika - Mirabelle, maybe we will split, that we are not princess?

While Sveta is gone, yesterday I made chicken breast cutlets with pumpkin and a piece of cheese inside. Fried without foil.

Stafa, Light, do you cook cutlets with or without foil?
I cooked without foil, sprinkled oil lightly from a spray bottle. And yesterday I did not fry a drop of fat on the walls.
Vasilica
Thank you girls! I have already fried in a regular frying pan, now wipe everything around from oil.

That's where you were before, huh?
selenа
GenyaF, Zhen, it seems to me that this is the same only in the "profile", but the guardians are something, not all "princesses" have such
Mirabel
GenyaF,: friends: Yes, let's split. But actually the same thing.
Girls! This is me so "talented": girl_red: I was sure that this is the Princess, and I looked at your photos and did not pay attention to the slight difference. And quite by chance, when I saw the box of real-princesses, I found out that I bought my wife (I already had it) NOT princesses! What a horror! But, Zhenya is a very nice and positive person and she took my "surprise" very adequately, for which a huge THANKS to her! and in my opinion the stove is quite happy, as I am.
Olga VB
Zhen, is the length-width-depth the same? Compared?
I'm still looking for something deeper than a princess.
Did you order from China? where, how and how much did the shipment work out?
Mirabel
OlgaWhat China? (Chyna, that is) Here in the Belgian region in the Dutch store, these are sold. In my opinion, it is not deeper. but slightly larger than the Princess.
Linadoc
Girls, I've baked an onion pie. In Princesk, 22 minutes from a cold state. Very airy. The Weimer Fair opens tomorrow. Here is noted

The girls today baked pizza without a Teflon mat - in 15 minutes it was ready, greased the edges with sunflower oil. I got what I wanted. Satisfied! Thank you all, thanks to you I bought it. Phew how good it is!
Galin
She held on to the last, but still could not stand it. Since my son took my pizza maker Lakuchina, and sometimes I really want to bake something, and even more so Princeska is a super versatile device, I decided to let it be there too. I want to order on Ozone today. Tell me what else to buy for the Princess. A pizza net, a baking mat, round bakeware (I don't have a single round house) or something else.

Pizza net, baking mat, round bakeware
You can still use disposable foil molds and a lot of flour, eggs and butter and all kinds of fillings. pies are going into flight !!!
Masinen
Galina, net for pizza, metal form 31 cm low.
GuGu
Galin, if there is Pyaterochka nearby, there you can buy the d31 form for 149 rubles. the Princess enters perfectly ...
Masinen
GuGu, yeah I confirm! Great shape!
GenyaF
Girls, thanks! Cats smacked from all of you))) This is actually for them Pretzel cut out the rack, our madamas in winter each squeeze to the battery on their own shelf, and the top is free and the outlet is nearby
Vika, I thank you very much for contacting us
Olga VB - Olga, bottom diameter 30cm, and on the sides 31cm, height 4.5cm.
Linadoc, the cake is great!

Same as Irina's, from chicken thighs) Marinade: soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, grows. oil, dry Georgian seasoning Adjika. I liked it more than in an air fryer, where they get drier)
Linadoc
Kara, Ira, so I did khychins in Princesk. It worked fine, 3 minutes on each side.

vernisag,
Irinka thanks for the roll recipe .....

Check mark, what cool cookies turned out! Tasty?
And I also wanted to cut it into pieces, but I was afraid that the juice from the apples would flow.
marlanca
vernisag,
Irishka vkuusnyye ...... not the right word, I overexposed the current, in the next. once for 2-3 minutes I will put less ..., I have already choked with milk for the night looking ..., and before that I also baked a meat pie, and during the break I fried more cutlets ... how about Princess helps out, not a device, but some kind of multi-machine ...
Mirabel
TatianaSa, Tanyusha! Do you also fry cutlets in the Princess? Do you put something underneath and grease with oil?
I want to finish frying the cutlets in a skillet in oil, especially for these purposes I will buy something like Travola.
marlanca
Mirabel,
Vikul while Tanya is not there ...... the current was frying today between the preparation of a meat pie and cookies, without oil and without a substrate for 3 minutes on each side and for 10 minutes they were off ... well, super juicy, fresh and such curvy ...

P.S. Soon I won't get in the door, but everything is the same ..., and if you do, how can you not try ...
Mirabel
Galina, Yes?! How lovely! Thank you Checkmark! My people love cutlets so much, I fry them often. It seems that I am swimming with them in oil, although I pour it like a little
selenа
Vic, I also fry without oil, and without a substrate, and without breading. Continuous diets food, but I mainly from turkey breast, it turns out rather dry, and the appearance is a picture.
