GuGu, Natalia, and the form of what material? I want to buy some form, but don't know which one is better?
Natalia, and Rublevskoe from our forum, from Qween?

Natalishka, Natasha, you are not the first to have silicone in the Princess.

GuGu, And you bake in a form for 149 rubles. honey gingerbread? And for a dough where the sugar is not more than 40 grams, no forms or substrates are needed. And so everything turns out well.

Hope, well, where have you been before: girl_red: I have no place to put these forms, and here's another one: girl_red: Girls, please, let's not only praise, but also write what I don't like

Linadocwhat a chubby ciabatta!
Natalia Natalishka, the splendor in the gingerbread depends on honey, maybe the honey reacted somehow wrongly with the soda ..
And I liked baking sweet pies on a Teflon mesh and a Teflon sheet, nothing burns, does not stick and it is convenient to get it.

I bake in the form because I am lazy to wash ... and I baked it and pulled it out in the form, but I don't like gingerbreads .. I like pies and cakes with filling, and I will also buy a non-stick form d26cm h4 cm. (I saw in Auchan) and try to bake cakes for the "Tatiana" cake 🔗 - delicious cake

Tatyana, you have double protection and a teflon sheet, etc. mesh. I have a sheet, I bought it for 185 rubles, but we don't have a net anywhere?
Yeah, it turned out double, the grid did not burn, and the sheet instead of the form, the dough is liquid, it will flow through the grid .. By the way, the sheet costs 101 rubles ..
I bought the net in the summer, quite by accident in an ordinary household / store, also something about 100 rubles.

Since the moderator strictly ordered the owners of Fagor to go to the topic of the owners of the Princess, here I am. Basically, the devices are similar. So, with your permission, I will sometimes show here what happens in this unit. Moreover, there is no way with the Princesses in Ukraine yet. Yesterday I baked such a tart with curd filling and pears. Everything is very simple, according to the principle of "what was in the refrigerator". Shortcrust pastry by eye, the remains of cottage cheese and a few pears.

Now I put the dough on focaccia. Let's see how we handle it.

I finally got my hands on pizza today, I didn't know what to cook. The dough, of course, was kneaded by the bread maker while I was sitting on the couch. My pizza from the Princess liked more than from the pizza maker. The husband told him to bake tortillas from such a dough for a kebab.

EEEE, I have Fagor and not a Princess. But judging by the fact that the girls are spreading in this Temko, Princess Fagor will be the best. But, we have strained with the Princess.
Babushka
tuskarora, Elena, Welcome! Wonderful pie! Beautiful! Fagor is an interesting device, it has a corrugated lid, it will be beautifully printed on the casserole if it is made thicker!

I draw the attention of the owners of the Princess to this cake!

Now I baked a closed pie with an apple and a plum on a cold dough. I cut the apples, added a plum, add a little sugar to the bottom of the pan with water. Boiled a little in syrup, drained. Baking in a silicone mold. I didn't grease the bottom with anything, rolled it out, put it in a mold, greased it well with odorless olive oil (if the filling is well wet, I always do this and the dough won't be wet), put the filling sprinkled with cornstarch. She rolled the top and also greased it with oil (put the greased side on the filling). I put it in the princeska for proofing, about 20 minutes. She turned on baking. After 7 minutes, the top began to burn (you need to take less sugar in the dough), covered it with a Teflon sheet. While baked, the top is burnt. The top rested against the top plate. The bottom in this form is always excellent, evenly baked and not fried. It is also convenient to put on and take out. The cake itself is very tasty, the output in the dough is less sugar, or come up with some kind of protection against burning of the top for this case. I also baked the first focacia without a mold, it turned out to be more crispy than in a silicone mold. I could not insert a photo from the tablet

Today I saw this form in Pyaterochka, turned it over, but thought it would be great. So it is suitable?
Luda, it fits perfectly .. also 0.5 cm remains .. I bake closed pies in it, but today I left the Rublevsky pie to cool in it and forgot for an hour, then threw it on a dish, and the bottom crust somehow moist, maybe from the filling (there is a lot of cabbage, but sprinkled the bottom with starch), the top crust is incomparable, well fried ..

I always remove the cakes from the baking pan and the baking sheet, otherwise they will get damp at the bottom.

Previously, I had no friendship with the focaccia. Now will be. Of course, the lid pressed it down a bit, but you just have to experiment with the volume of the test.
Well, she baked German rolls:

It did not blush as well as in AF, but it turned out to be more tender. The lid lifted normally and covered the molds.

Elena, well! I already wrote about focaccia that the optimal amount of dough for Princess (I think it will go in Fagor) is from 300-350 g of flour. And I wanted to make a recipe for rolls ... but I was late. I just baked them, without cups. Not bad, but not impressed. Maybe it was necessary in cups, but you can't feed your family that way. In general, I have something with German cuisine ... Russian goes better.

350 grams you say. Yeah, and I'm on a full portion of 500 gr. did. Oto and flattened. Consider, thanks. And the rolls - well, yes, it is quite edible, well, not oysters, of course. Just an alternative to our potato dishes. Well, it also depends on the recipe. I have two of them - in one there is more flour than potatoes, in the other, on the contrary. I made an average version and probably I will reduce the flour next time.

The princesses are very happy, copes with the closed pies perfectly .. today there was an apple cider (I pre-popped the apples, added sugar, a handful of raisins, sprinkled with cinnamon and corn starch, covered with the second half of the dough, greased it with an egg, pricked it with a fork) was baked for 35 minutes from a cold state until good brown crust .. Dough Rublevskoe-floor. norms .. I plan the next pie with lemon filling (shortbread yeast dough, grated lemons + sugar - grandmother's recipe ... from the oven it turns out thin, crispy and with a juicy filling, and on top it is still well powdered with powdered sugar).

Sandy yeast dough for lemon pie (grandma's)
Yeast - 50 gr. (1 tbsp. L dry)
Water (milk) -3/4 tbsp. (warm)
Sugar -1 tbsp. l
Mix, wait for a hat ..
Butter (margarine) - 200 gr. (Grate)
Flour - 3-4 stacks.
Salt - a pinch
Mix, add dough and cold-to min for 30
---
the pie turns out to be thin, the fillings are about 5 millimeters - like a layer .. depending on the shape of 2-3 lemons, grate the whole lemon, mix with sugar, it turns out a thick mass (granny did not add starch ..) The pie turns out with bitterness , cut with warm rhombuses, then it becomes solid ... I haven't cooked it for a long time, I'll bake it the other day and unsubscribe.

For pizza, Ferrari is beyond competition! And also pita, flaky tongues ...
Mirabel
Listen, well, the pizza is also pretty good from the Princess. It seems that we ate real pizza, or maybe we are picky, on the other hand, the children are so picky with food. In short, it suits us perfectly.
Yesterday I walked through Turkish shops (I do raids periodically) So there is a Ferrari delicia, and Ariete ... I passed indifferently .. maybe I am puzzled by other purchases now.
selenа
IpatiyaLook, what the girls are doing and doing here, for its intended purpose, that is, it is used for pizza every other time, it just turned out to be universal in our hands, but of course, you know better in terms of needs and capabilities.
annnushka27
I used to think that I get great pizza in the oven, but having tried it in Princesses, now I know that in the oven I am just good at it. I never baked on stone, so there is nothing to compare with.

Only now, having looked at the Princess, I already began to doubt the need to purchase a pizza oven. I understand that pizza from a pizza oven is beyond competition. But what if you cook it occasionally?
Personally, I would put princesses in the first place because of its versatility and almost everyday demand. And Ferrari would take to the princesses if there is money, a place (you cannot easily attach her as a princess), and if you feel the difference in pizza cooked in 3 minutes and in 15 minutes (for example, my children did not feel the difference, the main thing for them is that it is pizza, and I I felt, and pizza is out of competition for me with Ferrari, but I can only compare with the oven, I haven't bought a princesca yet, but I will definitely buy it). True, there is one more, well, very lucky argument in favor of buying a Ferrari "WANTUUUU" (this is exactly the argument that played a decisive role in my case, although there is no place to store it, and the children don't care where the pizza was baked)
Babushka
Ira, there are no links to recipes .. I make Pita according to the usual American recipe. Puff tongues from ready-made yeast-free puff pastry. In Ferrari I bake on a preheated 2 1/2 setting, immediately translate to almost 3. I bake everything on foil (dense). I still regret the stone .. I still have it clean.
Babushka
I hung up on the forum and lightly scorched the casserole. I didn't smear the uniform with anything.

Finally I found a recipe for khachapuri. which I liked. Khachapuri from Lazerson. There is nothing special in the recipe, but it turned out very tasty. He has everything, one might say, by eye. For a glass of water - 2-2.5 cups of flour. Salt, sugar, live yeast and some vegetable oil. I took note of his advice - how much cheese - so much dough should be. I had 300 g of suluguni and I took 300 g of the dough. Weighed it on a scale. I baked a cake from the remaining dough. He put the khachapuri on a very hot baking sheet. And I warmed up the Princess beforehand.

everything is raw, cooked for 30 minutes, left in hot for 10 minutes everything cooked very well.
Cutlets are generally very fast, but the top is stronger on cutlets.
I made cottage cheese casserole, the same is happy.
Tomorrow, if I have time before work, I will test the pancakes, if I do not have time, then on the weekend for sure.
The dough seems to still be there, maybe I'll torture the cake for breakfast ... here with the pictures it can be a bummer
