Yesterday I made TWO lots of tea - a currant benefit, so to speak.
Currant-apple tree and currant-strawberry (50/50 strictly). Strawberry pellets are better than apple pellets. The color is similar in intensity (light amber), but of a different shade. The taste ... I liked the apple tree better. Soft, with a strong currant note. With strawberries, it is more tart, harder and currants are less visible.
I think you can make a mix of three ingredients - currants (40), apple and strawberries (60).
Freeze and thaw three times. Twisted it twice. Fermented for 3 hours. Dried in a dryer at 70 degrees.
If I do it with raspberries (most likely I will), then only a cut sheet, of course.

there will be totally MY tea. I won't give it to anyone!
