I have a Dyson for three years, I had a washing phillips for several years (covered). I can't buy another year (my husband can't choose). And I will not refuse the detergent for anything. The squares are large, there are a lot of carpets in the rooms, sofas, carpets (there are 2 large dogs in the house) with powder that is not cleaned like that. In the sense of dry cleaning, when it wakes up with a special powder, and then it is cleaned off with a Dyson turbo brush. In general - as anyone.
Recently, an older dog pissed me (pardon my French) carpet in the hallway (although it is special, it is still not a tile). To say that I just howled while scrubbing it all with a brush with washing shampoos and then collecting water for an hour, jumping on a lined dry cloth, squeezing and collecting again is to say nothing. Before, I poured out at least a bucket of water, quickly washed it with a brush and immediately collected the water almost dry with a vacuum cleaner.

I have a question for the owners Thomas and Zelmer. We have a three-room apartment, each room has a carpet, two small children after whom, like a husband, says "war on the carpet." I need regular wet and dry cleaning. Choosing between these two models. The question is, how do these vacuum cleaners cope with such a daily load and do they have the function of switching from a dry cleaning program directly to a wet one?

Thomas, I don't recommend it.
Better Karcher.
And I do not recommend Karcher, Zelmer is better
I was 5 years old Karcher 5500 (with aquafilter), and now 1.5 years Zelmer 919.ST (the most complete set).
For both, there are no questions about the quality of dust collection and the absence of it after cleaning in the air (i.e., the quality of filtration of the outgoing air). In terms of maintenance before and after cleaning, they are also very similar.
"+" Zelmera:
- it is also washing:
- I will adapt it with a bag for quick dry cleaning, so as not to mess with the aquafilter (although I have not used it yet, somehow I did not have to);
- a lot of all kinds of brushes are immediately included in the kit (from Karcher, a turbo brush and a parquet brush must be purchased separately, and they are very convenient and I use them every time);
- Zelmer has a power adjustment from 1 to 5, it feels like 3 (at which it starts by default) sucks like Karcher, and you can increase it to 5
- not comparable (at times) difference in the price of consumables and the vacuum cleaner itself, IMHO decisive "+".
And finally, with approximately equal floor space, Karcher is 2 times higher, which is important for storage

As a result, my husband ordered a VAX washing vacuum cleaner. I really liked it. The suction power is frantic, it cleans perfectly, I redid a bunch of carpets, washed the sofa. Well, dirt has accumulated in all this since the death of the previous washing vacuum cleaner. Very compact, easy to move with one finger. Made "rougher" my last Phillips triathlon, but performs its function well.

PS: Karcher he flatly refused to buy, although we have a dime a dozen of them and would not need to be ordered anywhere.

I reviewed many different and different ones. I wanted Miele ili Ekectolux and then changed my mind.
I can get bored in 10 years, he will grow old morally.
Technique is changing so quickly now.
Flipped through the entire Internet, read, chose, consulted.
Pretty and not so small as in the photo. Low, but wide.
There are a lot of brushes (two big and a small one is full of a package) and even a "perfume" for some water included.
Disassembled and assembled Pts. easy.
It turned out not very good. expensive. 116 euros with delivery to the apartment itself.
And delivered in 24 hours.
First vacuuming Arnica Bora 400 did a.
The turbo brush has collected all my hair so carefully that it is possible, as my grandson said, to open a wig factory. I cleaned the brush with a pair of scissors (cut long hair).
The bucket is disassembled very easily, it is also easy to clean.
She poured the dirty water into the closet, and washed the bucket in the kitchen sink with dish detergent, although everything was washed away so easily under the stream. High quality plastic.
The carpets are much cleaner than with an old vacuum cleaner. Hepa Filr also does its job.
The first impression is good. I am very satisfied, not disappointed.

Help me decide! We are going to buy a vacuum cleaner without a dust bag. Is it worth paying big enough money for Dyson?
I read reviews on various forums - opinions from complete "g ..." to admired ones. Whom to believe? Vacuum cleaners with containers from other manufacturers cost 2-3 times cheaper. What is the opinion of your favorite forum?
sazalexter
Pira I wouldn't take it without a bag, I'm lazy by nature, the container needs to be washed, dried ... And so the bag was filled, thrown into the trash, put a new one and forgot it like a bad dream Neither noise nor dust nor dirty water beauty ... About the company this is a purely religious matter, Dyson would not take it, the price tag is very high
Scarecrow
Here Tortyzhka in the topic about the thermomix somewhere swore at Dyson and Mila, believing that this is a show-off for a lot of money. Although they are not distributed like kirbi, for example.

I have a dyson. Two years already, if not more. Opinions about Dyson, that the complete "g ... but" I think, to put it mildly, overkill. It's not that straightforward. Before him I had 2 vacuum cleaners with turbo brushes (I believe that this brush is his main advantage and in general I need them most of all). In my opinion, it is slightly better than its counterparts of well-known brands. That is, by paying 2-3 times more, you will not get the effect of improving cleaning 2-3 times higher. Get some percentage (well, 15-20). Hope my point is clear. If this is important / critical for you - you can buy a Dyson, if you don't really notice this difference or are not ready to pay such money for such an effect - do not shell out this money. If you can't lay them out freely enough, but you have to save and shrink, don't buy either. He is not worth the "sacrifices". I am always in favor of reasonable economy and I will not praise a thing just because I have it.

I really need a turbo brush. I practically use it only. I have two really big dogs that pour in all year round, sleep on carpets and sometimes on sofas. In addition to wool, everything falls from them (as well as from people: dandruff, microscopic dust from the street, etc.). Because of this, it is often necessary to vacuum with addiction woolen rugs, carpet, sofas, carpets on the second floor (there are 4 rooms covered with carpet). That is, the amount of work for a turbo brush and for it you have approximately imagined. And not just from surface debris, but also from this very "dust". Therefore, the above was very important for me. When I first walked with this brush after buying on my carpet, on which dogs sleep in the living room, my jaw dropped: the carpet changed color from "gray" to pure black, and in the container there was a mass that looked like road dust on a country road mixed with wool. In huge numbers.

When using a regular vacuum cleaner, I don't think you will notice a huge difference. If it is she who is in most demand, I would not buy a Dyson and pay that kind of money for a brand.

Well, dashed off ... Hope it helps you ...

There is no need to wash and dry the container. I shook it out and that's it. It remains a little dusty. If you have a great desire, you can wash it once every couple of months. I only washed once.

And I have just Mile. I don’t think he’s show-off, by and large I am satisfied. I have no dogs, but a cat.The fur from him also heaps. With the bag, I like how Sasha wrote - threw it away and that's it. One problem - over time, the brush has worn out, and in order to replace it, you need to contact the service, and it is precisely such brushes that are no longer produced, and a new fancy one costs half a vacuum cleaner.
moby
Before the new year, I wondered which one to buy. I chose between mile, samsung, bosh. I stopped at Boche 82480. There are bags and a container in it. Very high suction power, on average it sucks itself to the carpet, I work mainly on the first one. High-quality brush (I did not buy a turbo, but I am considering this issue). Considering that there is a dog and a cat at home, you can guess how much dirt there is at home. I am satisfied with the result, the vacuum cleaner is worth it. I generally have a lot of Bosch at home
Aygul
Before the birth of her youngest daughter, she also approached this issue responsibly. I chose, I chose, I chose the Samsung 9480 with an aquafilter. Personally, I'm happy. There is a turbo brush in the kit, and in general, there are a bunch of nozzles, I use the usual floor carpet for furniture (I quickly go over the sofas). When I bought, the cat was climbing in the house, when she went to give birth, the cat decided to leave unnoticed) so she wanted the turbo brush because of the cat, and was not useful.

It is for this reason that you should not buy an expensive and "eternal" vacuum cleaner.
The plastic will wear off and crumble, and you can buy a new vacuum cleaner. Everyone comes up with something new and new so quickly.

I read the entire section: rubbish in my head. I also need to re-read about robots (somehow it caught fire by a robot, but I still haven't figured out which one is better) ... We already have a Philips washing vacuum cleaner, which I have not been using for 6 years. Children sometimes vacuum their computers. And recently my husband took him to the garage, I think that I will not see him at home. To be honest, I didn't like it from the very beginning (they bought it 17 years ago) - it's very bulky. I rarely used it. From the very beginning, I experienced it as a washing machine on rugs: 1 sq. m, I moistened well, but the vacuum cleaner did not collect moisture at all.
Now we have laminate and tiles throughout the apartment in the kitchen and hallway. Carpets, rugs are rolled up. Sometimes I want to spread it near the bed, but when I remember how dirty they are ...
Scarecrow
You write directly about me.

I had a Phillips triathlon for a fair number of years, then "went" to the garage, because somehow it wasn’t so hot, bulky, got it, to be honest. Bought a Vax detergent. It seems not very expensive, but it washes perfectly, I really liked it. But now we have clearly separate functions: a vacuum cleaner for dry cleaning and for washing. And the wax, in my opinion, is not intended for dry use at all, I don't remember, because I never bothered with this, I only need it as a washer. And I have robots for daily cleaning.

It depends on how the effect is considered.
After all, all vacuum cleaners remove dust. We see how the surface changes color, how much dust has accumulated in the bag or container.
But the most harm is caused by fine dust, which cannot be seen with the eye, it is it that settles on the lungs, it is in it that there are allergens.
Therefore, when choosing a vacuum cleaner, I looked at the quality of dust filtration. Dyson has the best filtration from a household vacuum cleaner.
In addition, it still has many advantages, but here it is not for everybody. It does not require fussing and cleaning by itself, a 5-year warranty, the suction power does not drop ... you can count a lot.
who uses the HERA filter - how to dry it, is it possible on a battery?
Hepa filters are different, from different materials. This should be seen in the instructions for the vacuum cleaner.
Dyson's definitely not, they must be washed and air dried. Then they will live all the years, there will be no need to buy new ones.
Scarecrow
Yes, at least how to count. At times, it does not surpass its competitors. And it costs more at times. Well, it's better filtering. How much? The same Karcher Medicklin with a water filter, which costs about 13,000. And my Dyson is more than 30 thousand. Some percent. And 2.5 times more expensive. It's just that those who choose need to understand. In order not to be very disappointed later, not to wait for some supernatural things. I tried to convey this. In addition, everyone has their own reasons: for someone it is important to purify the air by 10% better (although, in my opinion, this is critical for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, and not for everyone. I would rather ventilate once more), and for someone - additional 15 thousand, which will have to pay for this.
Arbena

And my dyson is over 30 thousand.
Mine now costs about 22 thousand (I looked at the market), there is also for 20 thousand.
I do not think that the quality of Dysons, which are cheaper, is worse than that of expensive ones. The main indicators are the same for all models.
for someone it is important to purify the air by 10% better (although, in my opinion, this is critical for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, and not for everyone
I would add more children here so that there would be no allergies and other troubles later.

I support. When you buy, you need to clearly understand what you are paying for and whether you want to pay for it.

Hello everybody!!! The other day I bought the relics of VAKS. Very happy. This is not my first washing vacuum cleaner. There is something to compare with. But the best in my opinion, despite the very low price. I advise.

Hello! I have been using the robot vacuum cleaner for more than a year now. The apartment has two small children, two cats and a large dog. But nevertheless, we are always clean thanks to this device! It just rolls on the floor and removes all dust and hair, while not bothering anyone, and cats really like to play with it))) Oh yes, the device is called DeeBot D58, they took it in the 31st Century
Oca
Can I ask a stupid question? If a vacuum cleaner with an aquafilter, does this imply the ability to suck up a small amount of spilled / soaked water into the carpet? Such a situation: when you clean a stain on the carpet for a long time with a steam cleaner, the carpet gets wet, can it be removed from the moisture with such a vacuum cleaner?
Sens
can.
a large amount is possible, but with an empty water container.
Oca
That is, theoretically, you can make a "steam cleaner"? I am worried about cleaning furniture, especially the armrests of the chair, so that the muddy dirt is not absorbed into the upholstery.
Sens
why theoretically ???
and almost the same!
I have Thomas - it is designed for dry and wet cleaning, that is, it sprays water and collects it.
but no steam is generated
k.alena
IMHO, not everything is so simple
Read the instructions for your vacuum cleaner. The pipe may not be suitable for collecting moisture (rust inside) or the hose. I don't remember exactly, but in the instructions for Karcher with an aquafilter it was said that you can't collect water, it seems
I also have a Zelmer dry and wet vacuum cleaner, BUT the brush plays an important role in drawing in moisture. With an ordinary brush, nothing can be collected, except for a spilled puddle.
AlenaT
For example, my Samsung with aquafilter is not intended for wet cleaning at all
and other suctions)))
Melanyushka
AlenaT, you have a Samsung 9480, how satisfied are you with it, from practice? And please tell us about the turbo brush nozzle, on the Internet there are a lot of complaints about its work, that it stops spinning when it comes into contact with carpets, carpet - is it really that critical? I am more interested in nozzles in terms of cleaning animal hair from chairs, bedspreads, pillows - this is where the vacuum cleaner does its job well. How often do you have to wash the removable filter with the foam rubber? Did you have to change it already, or the one that is on the way out? Are they both HEPA-13?
Forgive me for asking so many questions - now I choose a vacuum cleaner for myself, so that it is relatively budgetary and still does my job, well, and it is desirable that it be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Melanyushka, I also have a Samsung 9480. In general, I am satisfied. It works freely in the presence of a crawling child, the air really comes out clean. The cat left and went on a spree, so she stopped using the turbo brush. One of the selection criteria for me was the presence of a turbo brush to clean the cat's hair. BUT she is rather weak, what can I say, she stopped spinning. This is critical IMHO. If the cat comes back, I will buy a large good turbo brush separately. And with a sofa, the nozzle for upholstered furniture perfectly removes. This is a huge plus! My filter is rare, you just need to change the water more often, otherwise if the water is dirty in small glasses, then a lot of dust gets on the filter. I change the water every 2 small carpets or 1 large and 1 small. Moreover, the little child crumbles everything - he eats cookies like that) and my hair and my eldest daughter, he has enough work))

I also threw away my turbo brush. Inside it, kitty hair was constantly wound on wheels and it stopped spinning, I was tired of taking it apart and taking out the wool every time. So it's not her weakness. Now I put on a nozzle - a brush and clean the carpet, everything works out well, and although it has a small grip, it’s even better - it pulls in more. My opinion is that you can do without a turbo brush (for me personally)
TaTa *
I have been using a turbo brush for many years, I also had it in an old vacuum cleaner. I am very satisfied, there is nothing difficult to open the lid and clean the roller (Samsung SC9568), I clean it before each cleaning, as well as the container (there are no cats and dogs). You can do without a vacuum cleaner
AlenaT
Melanyushka, and everyone interested !!!)))
I answer in order.
I am very pleased with my vacuum cleaner. He even growls quieter than regular air ones)))
Due to the absence of animals in the house, I do not use a turbo brush in principle.
The HEPA filter (the one in the insertable frame) and the foam filter (not HEPA) are washed every time after every cleaning.
I change the water on average after every 8 sq. m area (half a room).
I already changed the HEPA filter, since the vacuum cleaner began to heat up during operation and turn off on its own.
After replacing the filter, it stopped heating.
About the weakness of absorption due to other bells and whistles, I did not notice.
At full power, the carpet rises.
I really like its environmental friendliness. Compared to conventional ones.
No column of dust is observed behind it, that is, everything settles in the water.
I would be glad if I helped)))
The power is about 1700 W.

I have a Samsung with an aquacyclone filter. Irr, I did not notice the reduced power (by the way, I will write it later from home), sucks to death works well.
I noticed the only nuance for myself ... if you suddenly forget to immediately pour out some water-mud from the container (there was such a sin), then you will have to try hard, cleaning it yourself.
and I do not change the water every 8 sq. m., I vacuum the whole hut on one fill.

Girls, thank you very much for your answers! Well, a very necessary discussion, I also saw the Körcher 5600 vacuum cleaner, it is about the same structure as the Samsung 94XX, only the bucket is bigger there - 2 liters of water is poured. Does anyone have such a vacuum cleaner? Please share your impressions. There are a lot of reviews on the internet, but here on the site there is somehow more trust in your people. Natasha-Chuchelka seemed to have mentioned in pages earlier that she had such a vacuum cleaner, and then her husband refused to take the same categorically, Natasha, and what did not suit in this vacuum cleaner - Körcher?
IRR, somehow I don't want containerized ones, it seems to me that the dust still scatters (albeit partially only) when you shake it out of the container with a vacuum cleaner, and in the aquafilter it is still moistened with water, washing this dirty filter is also an unpleasant task, but at least you don't inhale and spray back the collected dust.
With a bag, it seems convenient, I threw out the filled bag and that's it! But I have to vacuum almost daily (woolly little animals do not allow me to relax!), And you can get ripped on the bags, and if the bag also breaks - and this happened to me! - Again you collect this dust. And with the avkafilter, these problems seem to be solved, HEPA filters are now everywhere on good vacuum cleaners and they must also be changed on bag and bagless vacuum cleaners, these costs still cannot be avoided, well, at least you can't buy bags in N quantity - this is what I'm trying to save.
I look unequivocally budget options, neither Dysons, nor Miele, especially Kirby, I don't even consider it, I think that there is no point in overpaying, the quality of cleaning with Samsung and Dyson will not differ significantly, and HEPA filters are good on both brands, dust is strong Samsung, Kercher, Dyson, and Kirby are almost equally well drawn from carpets (judging by information from the Internet). IMHO
k.alena
I had a Karcher 5500, and now 2 years already Zelmer 919.0
There were no special complaints about Karcher, BUT the filters are quite expensive, and he cannot wash HEPA, and the second one does not live for more than 1.5 - 2 years either. That is, if you want to change it is necessary.
Zelmer, on the other hand, pleases everyone: the price is much lower, the equipment is much wider, besides, it is also a washing machine (it is more appropriate to compare it with Thomas). Power IMHO even more at the maximum. It also takes up less space, that is, the same amount of space on the floor (lives in the closet in place of Karcher), and less in height. There is also a 4-year warranty.
Melanyushka
HEPA, yes, they need to be changed on all brands of vacuum cleaners, they basically do not wash, you can wash the pre-engine filter in some models, but they are not HEPA, and those that HEPA-12,13 and above only need to be changed to new ones, they keep the smallest dust particles that cause allergies.
I don't want to take the detergent either, I had one - Moulinex, one of the first ones that just appeared with us in the early 90s, I practically did not use the washing function, he sprinkled water, but they cannot collect it dry, it must be dried for a long time after such sinks. It is more convenient for me to wipe the floors with a mop from the "White Cat" every day, and if it's a general wet cleaning, then only with handles, a rag, on your knees in all corners, climb everything up properly. Now I have eliminated the carpets (animals!), But before they took them to the dacha and there on the veranda with a good brush and powder, and rinse everything from a hose, and dry it there, on the veranda in the fresh air. Now it's easier for me to walk upholstered furniture with a steam engine if I really want to freshen it up, and so the cat's hair is more annoying on the sofa, cushions, armchairs - well, they roll around where they want my wool!
AlenaT
Melanyushka, but can we just comb out better animals and more often?)))
Melanyushka
I comb it constantly, with two types of brushes - an ordinary metal one and a slicker with balls at the ends of the wires, they are already used to me, they are given to scratch unquestioningly, but they still shed, the heat is incredible, and in winter the temperature does not drop below 26 degrees - so the molt is almost all year round. Well, maybe I just have such overstated requirements for the presence of these hairs
Sonadora

I had an unsuccessful electrolux. 4 months ago she spat and threw it out - they used it for 2 years, then it began to overheat, changed the filter, took it to the repair, then it stopped turning on altogether - they could not find the reason. I also faced the problem of choosing a vacuum cleaner. At first I wanted a robot, but you won't find them in the daytime with fire, prices are insane through the Internet, and there can be no question of service and accessories. I decided to take a closer look at the models with an aquafilter, but after reading the reviews I changed my mind (as well as at the expense of the detergent with eternal drying and assembly-disassembly).

Now I'm thinking about buying the LG V-K88401HF model (Turbo brush; Fine filter (HEPA); Power adjustment on the handle; Dust collector volume (l): 1.2; Suction power (W): 420; Power consumption (W): 2000; Dust collector: cyclone system; Cleaning: dry; Type: normal). Can anyone have models of this or a similar series? How is it in operation.

PS I have a husband with allergic rhinitis and a cat.

kava Dust collector: cyclone system; This is not ice. Large particles will remain in the container, while small ones will fly further. It's good if HEPA 13 can handle For the same money, you can buy Electrolux ZUS3990 or pick up something from Miele

models LG V-K88401HF (Turbo brush; Fine filter (HEPA); Power adjustment on the handle; Dust container volume (l): 1.2; Suction power (W): 420; Power consumption (W): 2000; Dust collector: cyclone system; Cleaning : dry; Type: normal). Can anyone have models of this or a similar series? How is it in operation.

I have had this vacuum cleaner for several years. I bought one of the first, as soon as they appeared on the market.
It vacuums, like my previous Soviet one, but ... (I also have seasonal allergic rhinitis), when I work with it, I don’t sneeze, that is, the dust doesn’t fly out of it. I really like emptying the container from garbage. It (garbage) is slightly compressed and ends up in the trash in one lump. Each time I clean the container, I wash two filters, wash the insides under the shower (everything can be easily disassembled and assembled). Easy to operate. In general, this is the case when price and quality do not come into conflict IMHO

IRR, I was at first on fire with such a turbo, but I held it in the store, read about the power, figured out where I would put it ... and changed my mind. In general, I like cleanliness, but I don’t like to clean. The husband mostly vacuums. To me the robot is so nra that it is turned on and free. Only many acquaintances who live in America bought them, but they say that they break very quickly and constantly need to buy spare parts for them. Therefore, with a very strong desire, it would have been possible to agree to be sent (4 times cheaper than we sell), but the prospect of breakdowns and the lack of the possibility of repair or replacement stops me.

My friend took a bagless vacuum cleaner LG VK8810HUMR a month ago and is delighted.
Which vacuum cleaner to buy?

I was at her "presentation" - kind of good, everything is like iiirrraaa says (and the garbage is compressed, and not particularly noisy, and it seems to pull well ...) but a month is still not a period, although there is a guarantee for this ...
