The yeast rate is much higher! Yes, especially the heat in the yard!

Girls, I do not insist, but simply advise. You can bake however you like. But it's still worth reading the basics of baking. It is also worth looking at other quick recipes, how much yeast is there for how much flour.

read it, see it, learn it ... personally, I didn't bother reading those quick recipes before, since the bread turned out to be decent, tall, baked, tasty and there were no foreign smells. Perhaps a large amount of yeast is NOT USEFUL for the body at all .. I even admit it and I will strive for tasty, wholesome and healthy food. (This unnamed recipe was found in social networks, I tried it, it worked)
PLEASE: Can 1.5 tsp of yeast really "raise" bread on a fast mode? I looked in the instructions for my HP, indeed, there is a similar recipe, it is proposed to use 2 tsp of yeast.Apparently, I will do so .. Maybe there is some way to correct the recipe?
Elena Bo
Here's a look at my recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4459.0... There, for 450 grams of flour, 1.75 tsp. yeast (now I bake 500g with the same amount of yeast). And your recipe contains only 380 gr. flour. So 1.5 tsp. that's enough.
Admin

Perhaps the author of the recipe herself made a mistake in writing the recipe?

For a quick recipe, 1.5 tsp is enough. yeast, well, at least 2 tsp. for an ultra-quick recipe - but not 3 tsp! Or the author is hiding something a little, since a large amount of yeast will certainly give a collapsed roof and a strong smell of yeast

Look again at the bread recipe
Elena Bo
And in my opinion there is a lot of water. 270 ml. 380 gr. flour. Kolobok is not to be seen here.
I take 280ml. 500 gr.

Maybe I don't bake with dry. I will not argue. But I will not dare to repeat it.

I will repeat myself - not the author. The recipe caught my eye by accident in the social. networks ... but I have nothing to hide, no collapsed roof and no yeast smell .... I agree with a decrease in the amount of yeast. because I respect the experience and opinion of the bakers.

Zhenya, I won't argue and comment anymore, but check your recipes before posting them on the site.
Our recipes are very easy to check on the Internet, even if they are taken from other authors and other sites! On the site **** you also gave a photo of this bread, but you kept silent about its recipe.
I remind you that on our forum we post only our own recipes, that is, those we used to bake the bread ourselves, and we made the photo ourselves, even if the recipe was borrowed from the internet.

And you must always remember that other people will bake according to your recipes, mistakes are unacceptable in the recipe and baking technology
ciro
And why was the person attacked?
I have baked several times already, so I experimented with adding rye flour to the recipe, and every time the bread turned out to be wonderful, no sunken roofs and no yeast smell. (as opposed to exclusive recipes)

Nobody attacked anyone. Don't be aggressive. Just advised.

That's right, photo personally my done personally me my the camera and I baked personally itself. And how do I know that the recipe is wrong if the result is excellent? By the way. judging by the reviews, only one person has a bad roof. everyone else is OK. I don't expect any comments, as you promised, Tatyana ...
marusya45
yes everything is fine))))))) I just asked about the roof)))))))) I actually just started the oven))))) so we all learn)))) we try everything, next time something I'll try another))))) everything is right, everything is OK)) but just the smell of yeast ... there was no smell
marusya45

echeva
Maroussia! And how am I happy for you !!! Happy experiments !!!
Olga83
Thanks for the recipe. I have a Panasonic 2501, after reading the reviews, decided to play it safe and still put in 2 tsp, as it is written in the instructions for the bread maker for accelerated baking. The bread rose just fine with this amount of yeast. Delicious bread will be a lifesaver for our family.

Olga83, That's fine! Happy baking!

Gingerbread man does not work !!!

The recipe is correct by the author. But a large amount of yeast is given, since there is a shortened baking program.
For a kolobok we go here: The simplest white bread made from wheat flour https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83080.0 , pay attention to the flour-liquid balance
vatruska
Admin, I won't argue with you, especially since I understand much worse in baking than you, but when I wrote that the bun doesn’t work, it meant that a semi-liquid dough was kneaded, which honestly tried to become a bun, but failed. Maybe it’s such flour - I don’t know, but I even changed the batteries in the scales and the feeling of flour went gr. 400-410 and even the roof collapsed (the first time it was ok - but I did not heat the water), put 2 tsp of yeast. Alekseevskaya flour common.
Admin

Sveta, why argue with me? I do not dictate the conditions for kneading the dough in each case - these are your ingredients so they say
Possible variants of the defect of the kolobok: it is possible that the flour was of poor quality, it is possible that the ingredients were measured incorrectly (but they didn’t notice, I did it too), perhaps more liquid was added immediately (but did not notice it), and so on ...
But, in any case, if the dough is thin, you urgently need to regulate the flour-liquid balance and prevent liquid dough, that is, deliberately marriage of dough and bread And the scales are not an assistant here - only the dough itself will show how "correct" it turned out
vatruska
Admin, I have been trying to bake this bread for the 2nd time, in both cases the bun did not work. For comparison - quick bread for Panasonic 255 flour 400, water 260 oil 1 tablespoon, here flour 380, water 270, oil 3 tbsp. l. The flour is simply not overdried as I understand it (there are girls here on the forum who are just delighted with it), I quietly suspect that this recipe can work on the makfa - the flour is very dry and takes a lot of water.
Admin

Sveta, for example, I take as a basis in the author's recipe only the amount of flour and liquid, and just as a guide for the ratio of these ingredients. And then my ingredients start to play in fact, their quality, the manufacturer's flour, flour moisture, weather outside the window, local conditions, and so on ... and I keep track of the dough kneading in fact of my ingredients!

For example, if you get low-quality flour, which contains fully or partially sprouted grain or frozen grain, then the flour will look normal outwardly, and in quality - the dough from such flour will creep out no matter how you collect it, the bread may be damp.

Also, liquid: it can be thicker (kefir, yogurt), thinner (milk, water, whey), any liquid, even the most liquid, can have a different density, which will affect the kneading of the dough - add or subtract the amount of liquid.

And read this topic, informatively # , after that I became more attentive to how and how much to measure products for the dough

Well, it can't be that I did everything right, but the dough doesn't work out.
Try again to measure the ingredients correctly, watch yourself, and pay attention to the kneading dough. And it is advisable to lay out your version of the recipe after the bookmark, measurement and photo of bread, including crumb - we'll have a look and see something together
katyunya82
And I very often bake on a fast mode. and always happy with the result

Alas, it can. I did everything right, but once I had to replace the yeast, another time the flour flew into the trash. Together with problems.
And what is sobsno, "SUPER-fast"? In 5 minutes difference than just "fast"? I baked it several times on the "Basic Fast" mode with a tab according to the instructions in the Manual for Panasonic 2500 and ALWAYS it turned out without problems and delicious. Pralna, it's up to the master to thump there one and a half times more yeast or take it according to the recipe in the instructions. Everyone decides for himself. I ALWAYS got it fast strictly according to the instructions. I prefer to wait these 5 minutes.

Well, Vit, I'm considering the option when EVERYTHING is normal, and everything is laid down correctly and checked
Otherwise, it might turn out like mine: everything is correct, everything is checked ... and everything could go to the birds, through my fault # And after all, she could also write "everything was done correctly, the author of the recipe is to blame" But such mistakes are remembered for life
vatruska
Admin, we are not talking about that .... Nobody says that the recipe is bad and into the furnace ...
It's just that in this recipe you can't throw everything in x / n and go to play tags, but only after making sure that everything is mixed up as it should, you can relax and have fun. Yes, yes, I know - this is the basics, and I also know that there are situations when you need to put the bread and run away somewhere and, as it were, not for the entire duration of the bread machine.
In this recipe I liked the result, but I will only put it when I am 100% sure that I will not have to leave the house.
echeva

in this recipe, you cannot throw everything in x / n and go to the tag to play
but this is exactly how it is done for me, I threw it in xn and in the tag))) Although, it seems, any recipe needs to be customized for your products ...
Over time, I was convinced myself that the yeast in this recipe can be reduced to 2 tsp - the result is the same (maybe you should ask the moderator to make adjustments to the recipe? Is it possible?) - get it right: I didn’t come up with the recipe myself, once , at the very beginning of my hobby for baking, I found it on the Internet, baked it, pleased the result, photographed it and tried to issue it on the site - this was my first experience.
And I am already 2 !!!!!! for a year I only bake bread with leavened bread, I even put a part of the leaven in baking. Yeast for me insipid or something ...
It is strange that such an irritated polemic about this recipe - it was on this forum that I didn’t get any recipes, so what? I treat with understanding - everyone has different products, conditions and hands. I found my own (that everything works out and is loved by the whole family) and is happy! Peace to all!
garvich
I sometimes. when bread is urgently needed, but I don’t want to go to the store or I’m late baking bread on the Basic Fast for 2.5 cups of flour Makfa put 2 hours. l Saf-Moment yeast 250 ml. kefir. 3 tbsp. l olive oil + 1 tbsp. l sugar + 1 tsp. l salt. The bread is high, the crust is beautiful and the bread itself is delicious. It seems to me that it tastes even better than when I bake on the Main. Glass and measuring spoon from cotton. Your bread is beautiful and probably very tasty. I will bake your recipe tomorrow!
echeva
garvich, Tamara, thank you for your trust. Still put 2 tsp yeast)))
