Why is the fast baking mode for the cake?

This was the recommendation in the recipe based on which I baked a cupcake
Newbie
I did not find such a recipe in the book
Kudinova
So he's not there. And in general from the book I liked only apple with walnut (without yeast). I recommend taking recipes from the Internet, they are more interesting.
Newbie
Is it so interesting that the cake is offered on the Fast program with proofing? What for? Cupcake needs proofing?
Kudinova
This is a typo (the recipe specified the "baking" mode for HP Panasonic), therefore, for hp medea, the "dessert" mode.

You go to the website of Midea, download the instructions and admire the panel.)

Found a great recipe for rye-wheat bread: Black beer bread (bread maker)
Here are my results:
this is the first time
🔗 🔗
this is the third time
🔗 🔗

I laid it in, as it should be for our ovens - first liquid, then salt, sugar and spices, then flour and, finally, yeast.
I didn't add any potatoes, but I added a tablespoon of lemon juice and two tbsp. spoons of kvass wort. I also replaced coriander - for lack of and unwillingness to go to the store for it - with ground dill seeds (half a teaspoon).
Pok three times a week, all three breads are very beautiful in appearance and turned out to be tasty

Hello.
I bought this bread maker for my grandmother, she decided to bake bread according to the recipe in the book, but the bread turned out BLUE!
I attach a photo, the bread itself, a mixture for baking bread, was also not prepared from a mixture (according to recipe number 1), the bread is the same.
P.s. It tastes like gorgeous bread.

I don’t think the bread maker is guilty of such coloring of bread, rather, something of the ingredients is painted. Try, to clear your conscience, fill the bucket with hot water and let it stand for a little - suddenly it's Teflon painted. Or maybe iodine somehow gets inside during kneading? Strange ...
Gonzzo
We took a bread maker from our grandmother to our home. It turns out that the grandmother put the "spatula" for the kneading on the wrong side.
Tell me where you can buy a new bucket now, otherwise the bread sticks to the metal? Difficult to clean.
I also wanted to ask where to find a good recipe for ordinary bread for our bread machine, since the bread did not turn out very well from the book for the bread machine.

the forum is full of recipes proven over the years.
And study the section "Basics of kneading and baking", then you can bake without recipes.

Hello to all the happy owners of this HP) I myself have not chosen the stove yet, but "by sight" Midea AHS15BC or EHS10AH are very nice. But the look is not all, and the parasite-sellers do not want to present the instructions for the HP on demand (you see it in the box in the warehouse). I would very much like to know the answers to the following questions from experienced users:
1) Is it true that the instruction is not entirely successful and because of the indication in spoons / bowls instead of grams, the baking process is at first significantly complicated? 2) Does Teflon really "shed" from the spoon / bucket over time? 3) How long does the bucket last, taking into account the fact that water is poured first? In the messages above there was something about oil seals and their reliability, but I'm not a techie and I saw HP only in the window - is this a weak point of all HP or are there more viable (albeit more expensive) options?
Delekhtor
1) If you do and measure everything strictly according to the instructions, then you get bread. Most of the time I bake "French".
2) Teflon slightly peels off the shoulder blade on the edges, but the main surface is intact, the bucket is whole. There is quite good coverage. If you do not want Teflon to peel off, then replace, for example, sugar with powdered sugar, take finely ground salt, etc.
3) To prevent the oil seal from flowing, do not make jams in the bread maker, everything is simple.

Thank you very much Dilekhtor for a detailed answer and especially for tips on saving shovels!

I bought a Midea AHS 20 BC-S bread machine with a spare paddle. So far, only delight! This is my first bakery, there is nothing to compare, I baked 4 times so far, ordinary bread from the recipe book, French bread from the same place, potato and cheese bread according to the recipe from the forum, everything turned out superb!

Dear bakers, please help! My niece bought a Midea ahs20bs bread machine, was delighted with it, began to learn how to bake bread, baked one loaf, everything worked out great, but a disaster struck when, once again, she started to lay the food, somehow mechanically put the spatula "upside down" and, horror, the Teflon coating all ripped off niece in panic and in tears
I searched the entire Internet in search of a bucket, found it for different bread makers, but I can't find AHS20BC-P for MIDEA, we try to call service centers, so far nothing. Tell me if a bucket from another bread machine is suitable for this model and can be replaced in this way. I would be grateful for any information.

I sympathize! It's strange, I looked at this paddle, I have it of such a design that the reverse side simply will not fit. I won't tell you about a suitable bucket, but there are spare parts on the company's website
sveta-Lana
sunnysky19, thank you very much for the link there are buckets, you can order and there are kneading blades, I feel better right in my heart, we will order.

I was also surprised, but she somehow managed to insert and did not hear that she was scratching
sunnysky19
It's my pleasure! Then let me know, if it's not difficult, how they got there with the buckets, whether they sent you and how much it costs, I think, maybe order in reserve.

sunnysky19Thank you very much for the link! Is it a strange filling form for service centers?

Please, I have not looked at the filling form, I do not know what is there.

Hello.
The stuffing box leaked at the bucket And by the way, jams have nothing to do with it. The use of third-party recipes with a different volume and density of dough is the main reason for "overload". I went to the manufacturer's website and here's the answer. Maybe someone will come in handy. I'll clarify that this is for Moscow.
ANSWER:
The buckets for the Midea AHS15BC bread maker are in stock.
The bucket can be purchased at the SC at:
Moscow, st. Admiral Makarov, 2
8(925)1462423
At the moment, we send mail only to the address
Legal entities (for SC) and we conduct cashless payments.
However, by the end of this year we are planning to open an online store and trade
points. Then delivery will be realized.

P.S. I haven't bought the bucket myself, so I don't know how much it will cost. I decided to finish off the old. While it creaks, but the batch is in progress. And then we'll see, or the donkey (motor) dies or ...
Delicious pastries for everyone))

Alas, this is not so, the main reason is the design and the materials used. The seal on the open bucket is very easily damaged. The silicone used quickly loses its elasticity, hence the reasons for the rapid failure.

I judge as a practitioner. The grease came out after my experiments. I don't blame the manufacturer absolutely. But the more respectable ones in the instructions have an indication of the maximum volumes of flour and liquid for a particular model.

If your maximum weight is calculated for, say, 750 g, won't you shove 1.5 kg into the stove?

I do not agree with you. I use third-party recipes all the time, and more recently, I have no prescriptions at all. Yes, the mechanism of the bucket wedges, but it jammed after baking the cake, right there, in place. And I know how to regulate the bun, in spite of third-party recipes, and I don’t stuff one and a half kg straight into the stove, it’s better to bake a little two times.

Hello everyone. I bought the stove recently - and so far I have baked very few breads. I have a question - only in my instructions for bread with sesame sugar you need to add 2-3 cups There is almost the same amount of flour - probably a typo, right? Who cooked?

Late, well, in the sense that next time is sure I still baked this bread with sesame seeds. I used 3 tbsp per kg of bread. l sugar, Powdered milk replaced the usual at the rate of 1 tbsp. l of dry milk is 50 ml of liquid milk and we subtract the corresponding volume from water. When kneading, I watched the kolobok, it came out thin (I sin on the proportion of milk), so I quickly added another 1 cup of flour. The bread turned out to be no worse than the French one, and even better due to sesame seeds. True, the dough rose above the level of the bucket, but all the same it was baked well, I liked it - I will cook more. Well, in the book it still seems to me a typo. Now all that remains is to find your perfect rye bread, went to our forum.

Hello everyone.
For 2-3 years, how do bread makers behave? I am faced with a choice which one to take. Or Mystery again, or some other. I am looking at this Midea.
lisa567
I don't use it often. Behaves normally. If you do not make a very tight dough, then the knife will not loosen. Bakes fine. I never made friends with rye. We don't have the ingredients we need.
