I took some recipes from the site, but the bread is not baked. Why? What am I doing wrong? And the dough rises well, and when it starts to bake, the dough falls. Help me please!

In Saratov, the "Expert" magician conducted an action (Two C / Ps for the price of one). So I bought two X / P Trisa 7719 for 3500r. "Yesno" gave one to Mom. On the first day I experienced a miracle. Made according to the recipe "Ordinary bread". I thought that if she does everything herself (I mean I threw in all the ingredients and that's it), then it's probably crap. Oh, no, I was wrong. It really works, the Trisa 7719 did everything herself. The bread turned out to be simply super-duper contrary to the wisest law: - "The first pancake is lumpy."
I am very grateful to the creator of this forum, the Expert store in our city, for pushing me to purchase this device. In general, there are one more bakers in the world. It's me.

Recipe: - water ........................ ........................ ....... 300 ml.
- sunflower oil. or olives. ................ 1.5 tbsp. l.
- flour .................... ........................ ........... 500g.
- salt .................... ........................ ............ 1 tsp.
- sugar ................... ........................ ........... 2 tsp
