The hard worker worked for the first 2 days almost continuously - she baked 3 breads, 2 muffins and made 2 yoghurts.
Everything turned out well, no complaints. True, it takes a long time to wait for the program for 2-3 hours ... I already mixed the second cupcake by hand, but I just made it on baking, it doesn't need to rise.
But regarding yeast breads, I want to ask - if you take instant yeast, maybe you don't need proofing and you can use the Pie, Dessert program or manually knead and make on the Baking?

And another question - what is the best way to make bread with a pronounced garlic flavor? I tried 2 fresh grated cloves or 3 lightly fried cloves per small loaf, but the taste was very mild. Should I put more? Or maybe put dry granular or insist on fresh vegetable oil?

I bake on 1 prog .. it turns out well .. even when I do it with rye flour .. on 2 prog the bread turns out to be more lush

Good afternoon everyone! We recently bought this wonderful bread maker. Today I conducted an experiment, I really wanted to make bread, like in a store. We sell good bread "Grain Hercules" in St. Petersburg. Having studied the composition of the store, I decided to bake my own. I would like to share my recipe for grain Hercules bread.
Hercules grain
Flakes "5 cereals" - 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat bran - 1 tbsp. l.
Oat bran - 1 tbsp. l.
Rye malt - 0.5 tbsp l.
Barley malt (grain is better to grind) - 1 tbsp. l.
Millet (groats) - 1 st. l.
All together it is about 70g.
In the morning she poured boiling water - 240 ml. Everything needs to be swollen well.
I baked it in the evening.
Pour 60 ml into a bucket. water + all the swollen mass,
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
Butter - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour - 380 gr.
Rye flour - 50 gr.
Salt - 3/4 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - grease the bucket.
Additional components: (loaded during the second batch on signal)
Flax seed - 0.5 tsp
Sesame seed - 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds - 1 hour l.
You can take more of these ingredients, as you like!
Program: Whole grain bread 3 hours 28 minutes for 750g. Light crust mode.
It turned out very tasty and very airy bread! Itself did not expect! The height of the finished bread is 16 cm.
