Curd pancakes

Ingredients

dry cottage cheese of any fat content 500 grams, I take grainy, homemade cheese. Only not in a tube, it is very liquid and it will take a lot
eggs 3 pcs.
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 3-4 tbsp. l. or according to your taste
Frying oil vegetable, creamy, melted - optional
wheat flour 4 tbsp. l. with a slide (approximately 60-70 grams)

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with eggs, salt, sugar, flour, until a dough is not dense, sticking to your hands. The dough should be soft.
  • Put the dough on a plate with flour with a spoon, roll in flour, form a ball in the palms, then make a flat cake from it no more than 1 cm thick and put the flat cakes on the heated oil in a frying pan. Fry on both sides until tender and golden brown.
  • The pancakes are soft and tender. I never rub cottage cheese through a sieve and do not rub it completely with a spoon, but leave the curd grains as they are, then in the pancakes you can feel the taste of cottage cheese, not flour. I also add little flour, which is just to hold the curd together.
  • Very tasty. Try it yourself.

So this is a cheesecake. I do the same, only form differently. And I add vanilla sugar for flavoring and egg 1, otherwise it turns out very liquid. Delicious

In general, yes, but thinner and more tender, not so dense as cheesecakes, for this I don't like cheesecakes. There is much less flour in pancakes, and the structure of the curd is preserved.

Elena Bo
That's how I do it. For 400g. cottage cheese: 1 egg, a little salt, 60g. sugar, 60 gr. flour and vanilla sugar. Almost the same thing. They are tender and very curd.
Yana
Adminand I do those too. Everything is exactly according to the recipe, I even shape it too. But I call it - cheesecakes, like Elena Bo. Although the name does not play any role here: cheese cakes or pancakes are still delicious.

Bon appetit to everyone, and delicious pancakes
Elena Bo
Admin, I'll try it according to your recipe. Put a spoon on the frying pan and do not get your hands dirty.

Now I'll tell you how I did it.
I, as the smartest one, only read the recipe. I realized that it differs from my cheesecakes only in the number of eggs and, therefore, in a more liquid consistency. And I also understood what to put with a spoon. That's all, I got stuck. Well, I did just that. I mixed everything. He heated a frying pan with butter and put it there with a spoon.
But it turns out it should have been different
So do not be afraid, they will not burn. Mine didn’t burn, look what handsome men in the photo.

That's right, they hooked up their fantasy, and got

I fry them in flour sprinkles and a spoon in a pan, as necessary

Admin, I made a casserole in a slow cooker using this recipe. Added only raisins, plums. butter and a packet of vanilla sugar. The result is a classic curd casserole:

Curd pancakes

So this recipe is universal, you can cook pancakes, cheese cakes, casseroles.
Admin

Well, craftsmen

What you need:

Cottage cheese of any fat content dry - 500 grams, I take granular, homemade cheese. Not in a tube, it is very liquid and it will take a lot of flour to knead the dough.
Eggs - 3 pieces
Flour - 4 tbsp. l. with a slide (approximately 60-70 grams)
Salt - 1 \ 2 tsp.
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l. or according to your taste.

Rezlina, added to this recipe

Butter (softened) - 40 g + 10 g for greasing the mold
Vanilla sugar - 8 g (1 sachet)
Raisins - 100 g

Mix everything, put in a multicooker form, having previously greased it with butter. Put on the "Baking" program - 40 min. After the signal, leave on heating for 15 minutes. Then unplug from the network, open the lid and cool to a warm state.

Curd took 9%.

Rezlina
Thank you! why is it necessary to disconnect from the network?
Boo Boo
Yes, most likely not necessary. I never turn off mine.

Press the "stop" button to avoid heating.

But because the instructions say after each cooking example - "disconnect the inoperative device!" - and it is shown how to pull the plug out of the socket - see for yourself!
We have voltage surges in power grids and they are so strong (albeit very rarely) that even the device in sleep mode can deteriorate. It will be a pity. Why risk it? After all, removing the plug from the outlet is not so difficult!
Boo Boo
all right, this is all nonsense, your refrigerator is always on, and no one turns off the TV.

Since they are designed for this, perhaps their electric unit is more reliable than that of a multicooker, which the manufacturer honestly warns about. The master's business, I just explained why it is worth disconnecting. Everyone decides for himself. And, by the way, cases of spontaneous combustion of TVs that are in sleep mode are far from uncommon.

Anastasia wrote everything correctly, I have nothing to add.
It's just that I always turn off the multicooker from the network after use. The socket is next to me. For someone who has it in a hard-to-reach place, it is probably more convenient to turn off the button on the device.

I opened this recipe 3 times probably. But it’s not clear whether these are syrniki or pancakes. And when it's not clear, I don't like it. And so she left.
And today I decided to use the leftover cottage cheese (quite a bit). You can't make cheese cakes - well, very little. And I remembered this recipe. Well, I think Admin has no bad recipes (I already did something. Thanks). I'll take a chance.
Listen, this is CLASS! These are not cheesecakes, and not pancakes. This is something new. I got a curd soufflé with a delicious crust.
P.S. I have been making casseroles like that lately. It turns out very gently. And I didn't think of it for the pancakes. Thank you.
Admin

Thanks for the feedback

And thanks for using my recipes, I wish you delicious cooking and eating.

I opened a recipe for cottage cheese pancakes - I thought they had invented something new, but it turned out to be a recipe for my favorite casserole and cheese cakes!
I always make it according to a similar recipe, only (!!!) cottage cheese for the casserole must be rubbed through a sieve - a casserole with grains of cottage cheese is just something terrible for me, like lumps in semolina. Instead of flour, I add semolina and quite a bit of starch. I spread the top with raisins - it looks very cool if you oven in a multicooker and do not turn it over. Any pattern can be laid out.
I also make cheesecakes according to this recipe, only I use 1 egg. I spread it with a spoon, it turns out soft, tasty, cottage cheese! Dense cheesecakes with flour were invented by someone lazy. For the sake of interest, I opened a book of the early 90s, cookery for children - there is exactly the same recipe for cheesecakes.
By the way, if you grind the cottage cheese for cheesecakes through a sieve and shape them into bars, you will get curd sticks, here, too, someone gave a recipe. I'll tell you very tasty sticks!
Summer resident
In one of the Kiev cafes, such curd fingers are breaded in finely ground croutons and deep-fried. Deliciously incredibly, but for FEGura it is very harmful
Admin

My plans did not include making casseroles or cheese cakes, which we do not really like.

I deliberately do curd pancakes, which are much more tender than curd cakes, and I like to make pancakes from not grated cottage cheese, when the natural cottage cheese is felt a little lumps, and not a faceless curd mass.
Zubastik
Summer resident, I just fry them in a little oil without breading. The only problem is how to form the stick itself, the dough is quite liquid. I take the dough, distribute it on a bag, cut off the bar with a spatula, twist it with a spatula until a sausage is obtained and carry it on a spatula into a frying pan, there I spore with two spatulas (I remove the additional one). The taste is simply incomparable!
Admin, but what are pancakes anyway? The final result seems to me the main thing. It's just that many have already spoken out that they cook cheese pancakes according to this recipe, and have always considered this to be cheese pancakes, including cookbooks confirming this. It's just that cheesecakes are different - with a lot of flour, which is rolled into sausage and cut, and with a small amount of flour, which is spread with a spoon. By the way, in cheesecakes, I also like just ordinary uncleaned cottage cheese, but in casseroles and sticks - only pureed. If I tell my two familiar grandmothers that they have been making pancakes, not cheesecakes, all their lives, they honestly will not understand me.
In general, what's the difference what is called - the main thing is a decent result!
anemona
Very tasty, thanks for the recipe
I especially liked the spoon in the frying pan - the table is clean, the pens too.

Cheesecake is what contains milk cheese = cottage cheese, and pancakes are the form and method of baking))
Therefore, both "syrnik" and "curd pancakes" are equally suitable in this case.
Admin

Cheesecakes contain more flour and are harder in dough consistency.
I prefer and taste the version of pancakes, soft and with less flour in the dough

Eat for health
anemona
so there are "meatballs" in shape, in cheesecakes it is hard)
but they have never turned out right for me yet
I, in general, hit the linguistics
