dark beer 150 ml
gelatin 2 sachets
salt, pepper, spices.

Cooking method

  • Berlin jellySoak gelatin in beer

Ir, thanks. I can smell the beer, the others said that it is not felt. Therefore, apparently purely individual. For me, I would add garlic to the recipe, but it will probably already be more Russian than Berlin. And gelatin 10 grams per sachet.
