Pancakes Kefir-Parsley

Ingredients

Kefir 1 cup (250 ml)
Egg 1 PC.
Flour 1 sakan
Boiling water 50 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Soda 1/3 tsp
Parsley small bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Well, as it usually happens with us, there were leftovers of kefir and a bunch of parsley in the refrigerator. Where to attach them ... And it struck me as a stupid idea to bake pancakes out of them! No sooner said than done! But it turned out to be very tasty such a combination of products! I decided to share with you!
  • Beat the egg into a bowl, beat it a little to combine the white with the yolk.
  • Add kefir, salt and sugar (better to your taste), mix everything.
  • Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly until a thick homogeneous porridge is obtained.
  • Add boiling water, mix everything thoroughly again and let the dough brew for 10 minutes.
  • Before baking, add salt and vegetable oil, chopped parsley and bake over low heat under the lid, slightly greasing the skillet before baking the first pancakes.
