salt - on the tip of a knife,
oil drain. did not add at all (remember that coconut flakes are oily in themselves),
sugar - 50 grams,
baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
And did not saturate.
The consistency turned out to be much thicker, I even added a little water.
Result. Slightly more than necessary, humid, I sin on my "left-handed" oven, the thermometer is lying, I can't set the temperature exactly.
But the taste is great! This is the first cupcake I got the first time. He is perfect for me in everything.
By the way, in terms of sugar, not only I feel good, the homemade ones also approved.
