Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 300 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Starch (I have corn) 4 tbsp. l.
Butter 70 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling:
Apples 3-4 pcs.
Sour cream (thick 25%) 150 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar.
  • While continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time.
  • Mix flour with starch, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Add to egg mixture. Knead well.
  • Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Grease the form with butter (I have a sliding bottom).
  • Spread 3/4 of the dough over the bottom and walls of the mold.
  • Tile the apples, cut into thin slices (cut with Burner).
  • Roll the remaining 1/4 of the dough into a small circle and put on top of the apples:

later I saw your message, that's why I still made it in a pizza mold, diameter 28 cm, height 3 cm, the pie turned out, as for me, rather dry, maybe the apples are just not juicy, my eldest daughter made it completely, so I didn't I know. maybe she moved away from the recipe somewhere, the filling was liquid, (is this correct?), but still this did not stop the children from eating half of the pie, thank you for the recipe, next time we want to make it with peaches.
