mur_myau, or you can write to me about it, please.

Do not judge strictly for spelling and punctuation, colloquial speech.
This is an excerpt from the correspondence with Yulia.

Everything is the same as with ketchup.
Apples without skin and seeds in slices.
Water approx. 150 ml.
Look for yourself, if it slips heavily, throw it off and add another half glass of water.
There salt 1 teaspoon, a few cloves of garlic, hot pepper with seeds (or without them), a teaspoon of garam masala.
So as not to fry to tenu - 1 tbsp. spoon rast. oils. It is better to put sugar at the end, when you have already cooked.
I put it to taste, approx. 1-2-3 th. spoons (apples are of different sweetness).

"Porridge" - 15 minutes cycle.

Often, instead of sugar, I put a peach in syrup - 1 pc. into chutney and grind without heating at the very end.
But you can put it in the beginning, only it is sweet, and can fry a little to the tende. And the taste of the peach is lost if you cook for 15 minutes.

You can also make tkemali from frozen plums.
Just be careful not to come across the bones. You have to feel everything, and then do tkemali.
In the summer, I also made sauce from cherry plum, generally cool! To the kebab.
The principle is the same, only Georgian spices and Imerta "saffron" (marigold).
It comes out very sunny in color.
Marusya
mur_myau, Thank you!

Lenochka, Thank you so much!
And today I decided to cook soy milk, solely for the sake of experiment, so it boiled away a little from me (ran out). I poured water along the bottom mark, soybeans were measured in a glass, that is, everything is in order with the dosage. I don't understand what's wrong. Or does it happen?

mur_myau
Anya, try to set the water level even lower. For example, minimum 950 ml (from my cow), pour 900 ml. Reduce in 50 ml increments. Empirically determine how much water you really need.
What is your model of soybean machine?

Soybeans in advance? This sometimes happens if the soy is dry.
julifera
And my cocoa didn't work out very well.
I poured cold milk and added the powder right away, and apparently while the milk was warming up without stirring, the powder settled to the bottom and everything quickly baked with a crust, because the cow began to turn off.
And I didn't know why, I thought it was because of overheating or because of foam, I put cocoa on the third in a row, the break was long, but before it there was a "courageous" drink in the cow, insisted, I thought my cow might not have cooled down.
As a result, in 3 passes, I tried to brew cocoa on different programs, but it turned off after a few minutes.
When I washed it, only then did I see what kind of crust was baked, but it was some kind of cocoa powder, because there was no smell of burnt milk at all.
mur_myau
Julia, you wash it thoroughly from the fried layer, and then first try to whisk the powder in milk to "grind without heating", and then boil it with heating on "porridge". Maybe your heating on "soy milk" is very strong.

Sugar at the end when boiled. Sugar is often fried.
mur_myau
PS Anya, was it really boiled milk? Is it condensation from steam, which happens to flow down during cooking?
Marusya
There is a "tea with milk" program in my ladybug, I will have to make cocoa using this program

Only we kind of got drunk with a liter and a half of tasteless cocoa, so I will not repeat it today or even tomorrow.
Fig drink for today
Marusya
julifera, more about fig drink
julifera
Everything is the same as in Lena's recipe, only figs instead of dried apricots
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=341614.0

I really liked the fig confiture, I hope the drink will turn out to be pleasant too
Marusya
Thank you. Do figs need to be soaked beforehand?
julifera
I have no idea - I will cook for the first time, I can soak it for a short time
mur_myau
I realized that Julia has dry figs.
I have never made it out of it, it seems to me very fibrous. What happens after grinding from seeds is unknown to me.

I would, since it is hard, or soak it for 2-3 hours in warm water, or cut it into 2-4 pieces with kitchen scissors.
Marusya
We will wait for the result
Tagira
Marusya, and your cow grinds on "milk tea" and how long does the program last?
I have the same model and my cow on this program does not whip anything up, but heats up to
boil, does not boil. It takes an average of 25 minutes. Any drink made with milk (cow or soy) burns
to blackness. The instructions say about the duration of 6-8 minutes and it is recommended to filter the soy milk after this program.
How does the instruction work for you?
Marusya
Does not grind. the program lasts 25 minutes
Tagira
Thank you.
Marusya
It doesn't burn on me.
Tagira
Is it something on milk and does not burn? Can I have a recipe?
julifera
Whoa!

Chef
To what extent is this unit versatile, versatile and, perhaps, first of all, promising? Or is it only limited to making soy / coconut milk, mashed potatoes and ketchup?
I ask in order to understand - does it make sense to create a separate subsection for it?
julifera
I would like a separate section and post recipes separately there, otherwise they look strange in this section of devices.
I do not cook as many dishes in a slow cooker as such a ladybug allows - its possibilities are much wider:
- porridge
- puree soups
- jams / preserves
- caviar
- milk from nuts and legumes
- fruit and dairy drinks
- vegetable sauces
- chutney etc ...

The unit is specific and has its own subtleties, there is something to discuss.
In addition, many have ordered and are waiting for delivery, many in the process of wanting and choosing a model.
Chef
Allocated in separate subsection and added to the menu Recipes left column site
Marusya
Chef, thanks for the separate section. Now we will share the recipes. I really like my ladybug !!!

I finally bought organic Ukrainian soybeans today !!!
I barely dug up that store, it was signed that it was GMO-free, I hope it's true.
Even though I know what kind of animal it is - soy milk
In general, a moment from my childhood comes to my mind - my grandmother fried soybeans for us and we gnawed it like seeds.
Marusya
Wondering how to fry it?
mur_myau
Mine fried too!
She first soaked it in salt water, and then fried it in oil, like seeds, stirring.
mur_myau
I pack before moving. I took it out of the closet and photographed the box from my Midea Mi-5.

Girls, Happy New!

So far I'm only reading the 4th page. I have been looking at such a unit for a long time. Question: can poppy milk be made in it? Who knows, in Ukrainian cuisine there is poppy milk (from seeds!) According to an old recipe, steamed poppy seeds were ground in a mortar, adding water. It turned out a white liquid, with which the cookies were poured.

Is it realistic then to wash the strainer (or whatever)?
julifera
Nuts - it goes without saying.
As for the poppy, the instructions say what can be added, but how thick the mixture can be made - I don't know, because there are proportions of about - 1 measuring cup per 1 liter of water, otherwise the cow's correct operation is not guaranteed, but if you do it without heating, only by grinding - it may be possible and thicker, it will be immediately audible by the sound - it is straining or free.

Yesterday I made a mixture of soybeans and hazelnuts - I liked it, my son adds it to tea and coffee, drinks with pleasure.
The next step is soy milk with peanuts, then with poppy seeds.
mur_myau
Added a recipe for mushroom soup.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=348595.0
In principle, you can do it without frying, just with croutons, but tastier with pieces.
mur_myau
Quote: julifera
ate a mixture of soybeans and hazelnuts - liked it
Proportions?
julifera
1 measuring cup of soybeans + 12-15 pieces of hazelnuts, topped up to the mark - 1.3 l
But in general, you need nuts to taste more than two times, it's just that I had 1 glass of soybeans already soaked, and I was afraid to give dry ingredients more than the norm, while I hadn't studied the cow enough. Okara turned out to be very pleasant - due to the nuts, but I don't know what is especially tasty to do with it, the one offered in the internet somehow does not impress - in the form of meatballs or with dried fruit I did not want something.
mur_myau
Try cheese cakes (egg, flour, vanilla sugar and a little salt). Squeeze okara well in gauze (water still remains after the sieve).
Or add to the cutlet mince. But the nuts there may be felt.
mur_myau
By the way, Masha advised two glasses, so she made milk, it turned out tasty and thick. But it is not enough, but there is a lot of okara. I will now recycle okara.))

I have already done it in my Bas'ka (read in Bork) - hmm, amazing things are nearby - delicious!

That is, I can safely give a glass of soybeans and a glass of nuts and nothing will run out? I didn't know ... foam boyalas ...
I have already prepared soybeans today, I am going to do it with peanuts - just I don’t know - do I have to fry peanuts?
And then in the recipes, almost all are given fried, with raw, is it not tasty? I love raw.
Tomorrow I'll steam it purely and try to depict milk on the Grinding without heating, and I'll put the cake into pies.

You are welcome! You made a casserole, right?
When I was making cheese cakes, they ate everything and no one understood anything. The taste is neutral, vanilla hides everything.

As I understand it, the main thing is to observe the water level so that it does not boil away.
Now I will try the mixture with nuts. I think, add peanuts slightly dried in a skillet without the peel (all of them are legumes).
julifera
No, not a casserole, I fried cheesecakes like in a regular frying pan, rolled in flour, thin.
The plump ones came out, of course, but with plum sour thickly spread jam - great, the taste started to play - a nut-soy miracle

It is still tastier to dispose of nut okara, and soy milk itself is somehow more edible with nuts.
mur_myau
Quote: julifera
I was going to do with peanuts - I just don't know - peanuts must be fried
I would fry. The bean taste disappears. But if you like it, just try it.
The skin only needs to be removed, at least by soaking.

Many thanks to Marusya for a great soy cow demo!
She turned out to be a beauty and a hard worker.
We liked very much the
Fruit drink made from a handful of frozen blackcurrants. Delicious drink
Orange compote smoothie is a very unusual consistency for such proportions (1 orange per 1.5 liters of water) - very tasty !!!!!
Having tasted both drinks and learned that a ladybug can cook cocoa - my husband thoughtfully said - that for this it is possible to buy such a miracle of technology !!!!!
Hurray Marisha managed to create a spark of doubt.
To this day, having heard from me about a cow - my husband asked melancholy - and goats are not enough ?!
And finally I tried soy milk
Amazing business - but I liked it!
And this with all my skepticism about soy.
Moreover, it was delicious to me without "nobody" - in "pure form" - made from dry soy on a fast program.
So a cow is needed for sure
It remains to decide Medea or Joyang
So far 10 to 90 - for Joyang
In the morning it was the other way around
Marusya
Anya, thank you for your kind words. Milk was prepared from dry soybeans, since there was no time to soak it. The orange drink really turned out to be very tasty, I did not expect it myself.

Masha, did you make it like a phantom (with zest), or did you just cook the pulp in water? Or without heating? (like lemonade)
