The dish is designed for

4 servings

Time for preparing:

10 minutes preparation, 15 minutes preparation

Note

The soup is ground so homogeneously in the soy machine that no cream, starch or roux is required to improve the consistency and make it creamier.

Options.
A more dietary soup can be made without "frying", without adding oil and reducing the amount of water so that its level does not exceed the mark in the bowl of the soybean machine. Add a little olive oil to the finished soup. Sprinkle the croutons lightly with olive oil, roll in garlic and dry in the oven.

Made such a soup in a cow Joyoung DJ13B-D18D-new

Onions - 250 grams - chopped in a blender (Ken724 - chopper) - fried in MV CUCKOO 1055 (Browning-3 level-15 minutes) - added salt and pepper
While the onions were fried, I chopped 250 grams of mushrooms in Kena
I put onions, mushrooms, poured 100 ml of 33% cream (so as not to get bored in the fridge)
Topped up water to the level of 1300-
Mode - "soy milk" - normal
Mode time took 25 minutes
Notes
With electricity now it's sad - about 180 (this is after the 5kV stabilizer)
Therefore, all appliances take longer to cook.
I have forgotten about garlic - and it is now extremely relevant - but in principle - you can add "evil" - freshly squeezed to a plate - it will be even more useful.

The soup is homogeneous - very tasty.
But mushrooms - you really need 500 grams. 250g - will not be enough
Next
1) add mushrooms
2) I will do on "Saturated Soy Milk"
3) quickly chop the onion and mushrooms on a shredder and throw in without frying
And faster and more dietary
4) Cream put 20% pack (100 or 200 ml)

Marusya
Anya, I think that mushrooms and onions can be chopped right away in a soy cow. But it is better to chop the carrots first, and then into the cow.
julifera
So there are no carrots according to the recipe And I really really want to put at least one potato in there
Marusya
There are no carrots in Anya's recipe, but I do add. Both carrots and potatoes.
Zvezda askony
Next time I will add potatoes and carrots. Chopped mushrooms to take up less space.
And I will grind on a high-speed keshina shredder.
She shreds everything very quickly.
I don't want to load the cow
In principle, with potatoes and carrots, you can repeat it tomorrow
With 250 grams of mushrooms.
Since the mushroom component is at the level.
But density and satiety are not enough.
Potatoes will give density and satiety
Carrots are of the same density and will certainly add beauty to the color perception of the soup
Thanks for the good advice
Marusya
Anya, and you pour some water 900ml

Anya, and you pour some water 900ml
So little!!!!! I really love this soup
From 1.3 liters - the husband only has to try
And then I think - I'll gobble up - and I'll make him fresh with potatoes and carrots
Good is done conveniently, not laborious
Marusya
So fresh are always ready, 900ml is 2 plates. Prepare the vegetables in advance and vacuum-packed them in the refrigerator! I wanted some soup, once .... And after 25 minutes, fresh soup!

Some over there in Dobryna have already begun to cook, others are sitting at home, they can go to cook at least an hour, but I have to endure for another 3 hours

Here Lena, look - how we perverted your mushroom recipe - but I only potatoes, not like some
I will definitely not add carrots - I don't like its taste or color in puree mushroom soup.

julifera, so am I joking! What I didn't eat was zucchini soup
Zvezda askony
So can you issue a separate recipe?
They've really perverted everything
Moderator !!!!!
What do you think?
Otherwise, I plan to do it according to a new version
Marusya
On what ?
Zvezda askony
With potatoes
Less mushrooms
No frying is a lazy option, so to speak
Anise
Zvezda askony, or at least here in words describe the version of the soup without frying, because it is interesting and necessary.

Ninadaaaaa. There will be the color of "childish surprise". Although these are my personal "cockroaches", I am quite picky about the appearance of food.

Quote: julifera
And in general, I really want to throw at least one potato in there
Better boiled. From the raw an interesting taste of "potato pancakes".
Although when I cooked purely potato soup, then on the "soy milk" mode - super, and the consistency and taste of boiled potatoes, in the end, just season to taste. And on the "porridge" mode - all the same "potato pancakes" taste. Doesn't boil it completely, or what?

Quote: Zvezda Askony

Hello! Are you talking about Kenwood? (of their kitchen car)

Quote: Zvezda Askony
I'll put cream in a 20% pack (100 or 200 ml)
I also did 10% with cream - a glass of all the liquid. Sometimes it is fried to tenu.
Once there was no cream, and I brewed a vegan version that stuck in my kitchen. In principle, as I wrote in the comments, it tastes no worse than with cream. Thanks to the "cow"!

Quote: Marusya
Anya, I think that mushrooms and onions can be chopped right away in a soy cow. But it is better to chop the carrots first, and then into the cow.
The principle is correct. Softer and looser vegetables do not need to be crushed too much. And such as beets or carrots, it is better to cut into smaller pieces.
But I prefer chopped vegetables, because they are easier to stuff into the flask in the right amount, and it is easier to shove the leg / knives of the cow there later in this mass of vegetables.

And how I love! I always add something to the detriment of the second course.

Lovely, lovely.))) Pervert, but I read. Maybe I'll cook something myself.

By the way, my favorite soups are in the "cow".
1. Pumpkin with carrots.
2. Mushroom with onions.
3. Pea (their yellow split peas), sometimes even smoked.
4. Pea (their green frozen peas).
5. Potato + its version with leek like "good wife's soup".
6. Beet soup.

Then I will definitely post it with a photo.

Here in pumpkin it is very useful. Both in appearance and taste.

I ate, but you need it in circles or pieces.
And in the "cow" I made squash caviar in the Soviet way.

About "no frying" I wrote here in the note about the dietary option.
Otherwise, it seems to me that with cream and potatoes - after all, this is a completely different recipe and a different taste.

PS About slimming celery soup (from the root) to write? But it is specific. There is also ginger and onions in the composition. Someone like cute ate rumbling (c) but I feel comfortable with this soup.

Necessarily !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm waiting - and not in taste - but in the first row - with a notebook!
Zvezda askony
So another report!
I am writing right away with comments

Components

1) Mushrooms - 250 grams - alas, but not enough
2) carrots 70 grams - the color of the soup did not spoil, so there is a place to be at the discretion of the hostess
3) onions - 170 grams - 2 pieces - probably one will be enough
4) potatoes 350 grams - a lot. It is very clearly felt and "mushrooms"
You can gram 150 and perhaps yes - boiled. Something tattered - has a place to be
Or other modes
5) cream -20% 200 ml -
6) Water 400 ml.
7) 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
garlic 5 cloves - not large
Modes
1) Juices - to stir
It got so much that I barely got my "leg"
2 minutes
2) "bean paste" - "sauces"
Prepared for 30 minutes
Everything is finely dispersed. Not hot, but very warm - 60-70 degrees
It felt like a damp potato
If the potatoes were boiled, it would be ideal
3) "Milk tea"
30 minutes

Everything is fine
I forgot about the spices
Thyme, basil, pepper
In general, tasty - but not the same.
I will continue my research further - in a few days

Zvezda askony,
Recipe from a foreign forum.
Celery root 200 g cubes 1 * 1 cm + 1 small onion + 1 teaspoon of dry ginger (a fresh piece of 3 cm was offered, but it tastes better for me), 1 teaspoon of olive oil (canola oil was offered). 1 teaspoon of salt, water until the risks of pouring and the "porridge" mode.

In the original recipe, it was stewed with butter and then pour water into the casserole, boil a little and chop with a blender stick.

I also put allspice and black pepper and nutmeg without fail.

There is nothing, so after half an hour it is tempting to repeat until all this is eaten. What I didn't like: Doesn't saturate from the word "in general". Rather, it awakens a wolfish appetite.
Nevertheless, if you do not gulp this soup with bread, such a diet at least once a day instead of lunch / dinner makes itself felt and the extra centimeters go away.

Zvezda askony,
It turns out that the taste did not suit the potatoes and cooked for a total of an hour?
Marusya
Zvezda askony, there should be more mushrooms in the recipe than potatoes. For 300 gr of mushrooms, I take 4pcs of potatoes 1 carrot

Thanks for the recipe! I took it to my notebook
Not that I didn't like it.
He's just completely different
The task was to thicken the cream-soup from chamignons - I really like this soup
By the way, my husband had an alternative - to eat up the remains of the first or as much as you want the second (she gave it for tasting)
Ate first
True, the second soup and "evil" was - 5 cloves of garlic per 1 liter - this is no joke.
And I just wondered how the taste changed

Zvezda askony, there should be more mushrooms in the recipe than potatoes. For 300 gr of mushrooms, I take 4pcs of potatoes 1 carrot
There were only two potatoes - just big
I also taught them. They originally pulled 450 grams
I managed
for 250 grams of mushrooms - 350 grams of potatoes + onions 170 grams
So they pulled the blanket over themselves
Carrot by the way - behaved very modestly - and there are no complaints about her
Neither color nor taste
In addition to the number of products, I will try it in a different mode
Because there were really a lot of products
The leg did not fit - at all
But I'm a Russian woman
And the leg realized that it is cheaper to move the products apart and fit
I got an unusually smart, quick-witted and flexible lady!

Super!!!
And my midea has knives on a pin, and sometimes it’s a problem to stuff it into a flask with food.
How did you manage at all? Joyung has a base there, like a submersible blender.

My cow and I are similar in build. So there was nothing new in the task
When you need to squeeze somewhere, I act the same way. A little to the left - a little to the right - you look and climbed
Here, too. The base is very comfortable and easy to clean and stands on its base. And you need less food. It turned out very densely. But I wake up to torment this recipe for a long time. I love this soup. Here with spices would be to choose the optimal set. And chooba for fungi is good for both health and general taste and harmony

Lena - a huge merci for the warning with potatoes - pre-boiled the cubes for a couple, and while they were cooking - stuffed a small onion and 300 grams of mushrooms, and fried it all in butter + vegetable oil.
I threw it all in at once - I wanted pure cream soup + ground parsley and celery roots + black pepper
At the end of cooking - 100 ml cream and blender on the Grind.
Salted with Himalayan salt directly into the plate and served with 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream for each serving.

The result exceeded all my expectations - the delight is indescribable !!!!!!!!

I have been meditating on this board for two days now. I am incorrigible.

I believe, but before that I made such a soup with a blender in different ways - we like it with cream and sour cream, that's why I threw the potatoes - out of habit
I do all the proportions already intuitively and I guessed with the thickness of the soup, and this first time in the cow, I won't even say how many grams of that potato or onion were there, and I also picked up the mushrooms by eye, I remembered the weight only because the price tag was written

I had a similar shift in Himalayan salt 3 months ago, thanks to which, in addition to edible salt, amazingly beautiful salt lamps were bought into the house

Can be on the raclette board, right on top of it. Where I looked, just such an option for serving and cooking right on the table was offered.

Have you gone to "gravitsapy"? It seems to me that the theme of the picture will be very useful there.
julifera
You go, ask there with a picture, I'll clean it up here later, and I'll pass - I finally have nowhere to put the raclette box.

Volume,
Tom, thanks for your attention to the recipes! Hope you liked the slimming one too. I've been left without a cow, so sadly, I'm already used to the fact that soups are cooked for one or two times themselves.
Volume
Yes, I understand: being left without what I'm used to is stress. We urgently need to search. But he who seeks will always find. : girl-yes: GOOD LUCK in your search.
I have a Proficuc (soup cooker) and I am happy.

Volume,
And I have a new round of desire and deviceaholism. I want a traditional cow (similar to the one that was), plus a road cow with a built-in sieve screen, plus a base soup cooker (like a blender).

I also looked at the proficiency, but I also want tefal like babushka. There is such a convenient basket-steamer ...

In general, I want mushroom soup. Or pumpkin.))) And I want homemade ketchup. Purchased no longer rolls.
Volume
Quite normal Wishlist !!! : drinks_milk: The disease is clearly progressing !!! Urgent treatment, at least with one device, can help for a while.
