I made milk - 2 cups of soaked soybeans and 1 liter of water. The taste turned out to be more intense and not so empty. Heat milk to 85 degrees, add lemon juice. Mix well. Turn off the stove, leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes. Prepare a form with holes, line it with a thick cloth. Drain the whey carefully and pour the mixture gently into a mold. Cover with a cloth, set the press for 30 minutes. Store in a container with clean water in the refrigerator. Change the water every day. Consume within 2-3 days.
I made 200 grams of tofu and cooked wonderful cutlets... If the tofu was in the water, put it under a press and squeeze out the excess water.
- minced pork + beef 500 gr

I decided to cook semolina in the morning. I took coconut milk, added 4 tbsp. l. semolina, chose the program "Corn porridge". She cooked this porridge for about 15 minutes. I opened the cow, and there all the semolina stuck to the bottom. Something has boiled, because the liquid has become thicker, but you can't eat it. The toilet got it all.
Then she poured 400 ml of ordinary milk + 600 ml of water into the cow, added 150 grams of oatmeal, sugar and salt to taste. Included the program "Soy milk with cereals". Cooked for 15 minutes. Forcibly disconnected. The porridge turned out to be tasty, viscous and homogeneous. Not much burnt down below. I'll try without sugar.
On the first program there is very little stirring (only 3 times mixed at large intervals), the second program is more intense.
Fried cheesecakes from soybean meal. I added the rest of cottage cheese and cream cheese there. It turned out delicious. Grilled.

There was no lemon, I diluted citric acid and added 2 tbsp. l. into milk. Left for 30 minutes, poured into a mold and left under pressure for 1 hour. The output turned out 160 gr.
