Time for preparing:

Cooking program:

button number 2

Note

In the same way as dried apricot puree, you can also make prune or date puree.
I often take such mashed potatoes with me to work, it perfectly removes hunger. Suitable for baby and diet food.
Who loves fruit drinks - reduce the amount to one measuring cup. Whoever likes it thicker - put three measuring cups of dried fruit.

Live hack from mur_myau. The machine has a fuse so that it cannot be started immediately after the program has finished until the motor has cooled down. But if you put the "head" of a cow in the freezer, it will be ready for work in 5 minutes!

julifera
Lena - Thank you very much for the dried apricot puree, I didn’t even think that it was possible to stir this up in a cow!
I can't wait to taste tomorrow
mur_myau
Aha, try it! By the way, cook without sugar, you can add it later at the end. There are such sweet dried fruits that sometimes sugar is not required at all.
julifera
I cooked a "courageous" mixture, though also with an apple - great !!!

Only it seems to me - in one recipe there are 2 different ones - not very good, it is better to separately set the recipe "Puree / Morse from dried apricots or other dried fruits". It's a pity - such a healthy yummy will be lost in coconut milk
mur_myau
The photo is still general. I'll redo it - then you can edit this recipe, and transfer it to a new one.
Anise
Lena, thank you very much for the recipe for making drinking puree!
This is the first thing with which I began my acquaintance with a new "toy". Made from dried apricots, it turned out something delicious! I honestly didn't expect it to be so tasty and pleasant! Delight! So quickly and from simple ingredients, it turned out to be sheer pleasure! I didn't add sugar, that's fine. I'll even show you what happened:

And can I ask you for the algorithm for making cocoa? Do you pour milk directly into the flask or dilute it with water, or do you need to cook it in general? Doesn't the milk escape in the process? Which program is best for you? If possible and proportions. I liked following your recommendations, and here I want to hear what and how.
mur_myau
Anise, wonderful mashed potatoes turned out.))
I cook cocoa in milk. The program "soy milk", there until it boils and whips a couple of times, you can turn it off (reset the program).
Or on the program "porridge" and until the end of the program.
Sugar at the end.

I feel that only the recipe for "puree" will remain here - which is more logical from the comments. :-D And I will transfer coconut milk to another recipe.
mur_myau
In general, I divided it into two recipes - coconut milk is now separate.
Here's the problem.
Cannot replace final photo. Autocorrect is in progress.
I deleted the final photo altogether, saved it. Preserved without a picture.
I tried again to insert a new photo (where there is one puree) - again autocorrect to the old photo. (((

How is it treated? Who faced?
julifera
Lena - a drink from dried apricots with an apple (with simirinka) - the world one !!!!
Dad checked it out today, he never tasted this, said it was an unexpectedly refreshing drink!
And the son pours himself from a decanter all day
Thanks again!
mur_myau
Okay, Julia, I'm glad.

Do you know how to replace the final photo? I tried, cut out a new one with a can of mashed potatoes, and I can not replace.

but did not replace the old one

There is a new picture - update by Ctrl-F5, so it's complete

That is, should I update the page?
Or go to edit the file and update from there?
Feel like a tech nerd.

And I already wrote to the moderator, in my suffering.

PS I updated the page, now I can't see the final photo at all.
Something with my netbook? You see him, apparently.
PPS Browser cache cleared. I am lazy. Thank you, Julia, everything worked out.

I want to try it with dried figs, I will have to google how it tastes good with dried apricots and apples, I want to try such a multi-component drink.
Dates also bought
I looked at the candied fruits, I don't understand what they are made of, the smell of original fruits from the names - no, and did not take it.

Julia, try first from one fig. It is fibrous, what will the bones turn into after grinding? And then mix with other fruits.

It is very tasty with dates, although not as beautiful as with dried apricots.

I don't eat purchased candied fruits, they are all dyed. I make homemade in the elross dryer. And to cook them is a sin.)) Only with tea.

Eh, I should put you a recipe for forfeits and lemonade, and you need fruit drink. Here.

Fig report!

I had it dried, but very fresh and soft, so I poured it with boiling water, and in an hour it melted all over.
I added a little dried apricots and an apple.
Brought to a boil and turned off the program, then just turned on the grind. Of course, the bones were thoroughly crushed, they stopped crunching so much on their teeth, but they still feel a little. No hint of fiber - a complete puree.
The taste turned out to be original, but something gave a bitterness, perhaps this is an echo of the addition of cheap dried apricots (before that I was spinning delicious sweet Jumbo)

As a result, we liked this drink mediocre, and not because of the presence of grains or bitterness, but because the water with figs has a very faded and washed out taste.

According to this recipe I made a drink from fresh frozen plums: 350 g. Plums, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, water up to the bottom mark in the bowl, the program in my cow - Wet Beans (makes milk from soaked soybeans). The result is a very pleasant drink, similar to a "thin", delicate jelly. And how is such an interesting consistency obtained? Really like! Lenochka, thanks for the cooking technology!

Oh man.
I'll do it too.
So far I have made only sauces from plums.

Fig report!
I'll know! It is clear that he grinds everything, but the rest is not for everybody, as I understand it. Maybe fresh figs would be tastier?

Just in case, I'll write that I took the plums out of the refrigerator in advance and gave them time to thaw.
julifera
Oh, we have already tried it with oranges and plums! Class, such a variety! Thank you Anise!
With the advent of the cow, everyone in the house began to drink so much - we do not have time to drink everything

I don't think fresh has an even paler taste. We still decided that fig drink is for a very big fig lover

I usually out of great laziness I pour boiling water over frozen fruits or vegetables, and then twirl them in a cow.))
Only cherries have to be defrosted and picked, even if they are "pitted", there are still 1-2 pits left.
mur_myau
julifera, Try dates. The view is unpresentable, but what a taste !!!
And an orange one from Masha.
julifera
Dates - they are freshly bought, waiting in line, and oranges too, but I have prepared so much - all the decanters are busy, the seats are full, we need to drink
All the same, a 1.5 liter cow is not a hukhry muhry, especially if you consider that soy products are very tight for me

Then make tofu, and from okara - cheesecakes.)))
I cook soybeans actively during the fast, but I don't really try. And when unloading. Reduces appetite well.

I have it disastrously the other way around - it causes a terrible zhor

Girls, dear, what a "soy cow" Why don't I know? Where can you "meet" her? And, after reading your drink recipes, I already WANT it ...

Hello! Tell me, please, and how much is a measuring cup? How is the multicooker? And then I don't have it. And one more thing: I have three programs: puree soup (25 minutes), porridge soup (just cook without chopping) and a blender. Will there be a lot on the first? Or can you bring it to a boil first and then blender? Thank you.
mur_myau
Elena Gar,
About 150 ml. Tomorrow I will accurately measure and look at the cup markings.
Too much time for cooking. What is this cow model?
Maybe it's better to cook porridge for about ten minutes, and then drop it and run the blender on the program?
Rada-dms
Really! What a good idea! I will do it without fail! And for winter and fasting in general class!
mur_myau
Elena Gar,
A glass of 150 ml, but without marking by ml (poured to the upper edge, measured).

I have on the glass: 1/5, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 - but this is garbage, because in fact it does not match. For example, the top 3/4 mark is 120 ml.
mur_myau
Rada-dms,
This is a wonderful household appliance! Replaces many different ones and saves time for cooking and washing dishes.

I join in and confirm ... Recently, this is the most demanded device for me ... I am very pleased with the purchase of a ladybug and she makes me happy every day!

Oh, didn't see the earlier answer. : girl_red: Model Breelon Family Chef BR-501, perhaps I will do it as you advise.
Rada-dms
mur_myau, do you mean Breelon?
GuGu
Rada-dms, we are talking about a soy cow, and my line above is about the cow, and Breelon is a type of soup cooker.
Elena Gar
Hurray, I did it, though not in a cow, but in a soup maker. 2 multicooker cups of dried apricots +1.2 liters of water + 2 tbsp. l. sugar (it could have been less). First I put it on the soup, waited until it boiled and after 5 minutes I reset the program, then with a blender. It turned out very tasty and beautiful. My husband also really liked it.
mur_myau
Rada-dms,
I have a Middea Mi 5 (soybean machine).
I gave advice based on the programs listed by Elena Gar for her device.

I have not used any other soy cows or soup cookers. The plan is to buy a Moulinex soup cooker and / or a joyung soy cow with the "milk tea" mode (where it is cooked without grinding).

In principle, drinking puree can be made on any soy cow or soup cooker, just get used to it.
mur_myau
Elena Gar,
Good! You can also do it like that.
Try mashed dates, oranges (peeled), or prunes, which are delicious too.
svbone
I made this drink from dried apricots in a soybean. I liked it very much !!! Elena, thank you very much for the idea!

What great ideas in this thread, thanks! I will try!
