Of course I will drop in, it's a pity that little is written here (
By the way, I wanted to share and ask users who had this?
A couple of times there was such a glitch! I press the menu, but the + and - buttons do not light up, I poked it 10 times and took it out of the socket and no reactions, I can’t turn it on and that's it. Then I took off the protective cover, washed it, wiped it dry, put it back in and it all worked. There have been two such cases so far. What is it ? Reminder wash the lid ???! Very funny / 14 days have already passed. Not earlier, not later than the main thing, namely after 14 days.

What exactly are you failing with yogurt? Liquid or what? The fattier the milk, the thicker it is. Usually I take 6% ultra-pasteurized, if there is no such thing, which sometimes happens, then any one and add 10% 100-200ml cream to it, I always do it without sugars and syrups, etc., you can add all this to a ready-to-taste one.
About sourdough: I started using sourdough very recently, we didn’t have it before, I think you don’t have one like we do. I know that they praise evitalia. More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=310488.0

Thank you, Angelina! Yes, I used to get thin yogurt in Redmond, but I like very thick. I did everything as you advised - milk 6% (I used to take less fatty milk) and found the starter Evitalia, made it right in the bowl (it is very convenient in my model). Everything finally turned out just like in your picture! Thanks for the detailed recipe!)))

As for the control, I would like to say that I am also not delighted with all these newfangled touch buttons and not only for 250 such control, in the m90 it is similar.
Agree with you! I don't really like the sensors either, but I got used to it, and there are still more pluses in the 250th, I write down my settings all the time through the master chef and also appreciated that the temperature and time can be changed right during the cooking process.

By the way, pilaf also never cooked for an hour, I don’t understand why rice that is cooked for 25 minutes for an hour should be cooked for a whole hour ?! Yesterday, by the way, I was preparing pilaf, everything turned out very well in 35 minutes!) I pour oil a little badly for us, fry the pork meat for 20 minutes. 170 gr. There was a lot of juice until it evaporated, then there were carrots and onions for about 7 minutes, I threw in a long golden rice 3 mst, covered it with seasonings, stuck in garlic and poured 4.5 mst of water.
And I make pilaf with beef, I can't eat fat at all (alas, pancreatitis), and in the cartoon, of course, the meat is really softer than on the stove, and even faster than in the oven. But I'm thinking about the factory settings, that they set the "maximum" time just for meat, which usually takes a long time to cook, such as lamb or turkey ... I always do according to the principle - less is better, but better, then you can bring it to mind) ))

This was repeated a couple of times and after that the porridge began to run on a multi-cooker at 95 grams. also barely caught, it's good that I was there. And recently I began to cook potatoes in the pasta mode, so the countdown began immediately without having time to boil. I started the field again and everything is fine. I haven't gotten to the service yet, there’s no time (it’s offensive to me s01 was not lucky now also 250, and I was so happy with her (((

Ay-ay! Surely a factory glitch, I hope you will quickly fix it or replace it without problems. By the way, I read that in case of problems with sensors and malfunctions in programs, people were given the conclusion of the master and they went to the store where they bought their MBs, where they were changed for exactly the same models. Ask the service for a conclusion with a stamp. That's how it is - it seems like a rarity about a problem with sensors (I heard more that they complain about the smell of plastic), and not a single company is, apparently, insured. Don't be discouraged! Write down how your situation settled down.
Angellina0205

Manna I don't think I'm the only unlucky one. Today her husband took her to the service, they said that only Redmond was being taken for repairs, although they serve both Philips and the brand. Now wait up to 45 days.
Thanks to Tata 1975, I hope that they will replace it with a new one so that such problems do not surface again. I really like it and the size and the saucepan. It is strange that the glitch only got out after 2 weeks and not a day earlier.
How does it work for you, show me, tell us? Doesn't spit water from the valve in steam mode? Did you cook anything at 95 degrees?
Inna256
Please tell me what size this miracle has. The width is especially interesting.
And you can remove the handle?

Yes, I also like the size and quality of the bowl, and most importantly, by God, there were no failures. She did not spit, did not run away. I've been using it for the second month. In addition to the action, I got the 250th, before March 8th it was, and it was accompanied by a gift airfryer RAG-241, with which very nice crusts are obtained (I made charlottes and also made meat with mushrooms and cheese on top). I always cook porridge at 95 degrees, and so far I have not done anything else at this temperature. Here's what's broken for me, it's a camera, but I'm just going to update my phone, so I'll take a picture in the near future ... And what have they been repairing for so long - a whole 1.5 months ??? And they didn't say in the repair, do these glitches often happen to the sensors?

The 250th has a width of 33.5 cm, a length of 43 cm, a height of 27 cm, it weighs a little more than 6 kg, the lid and steam valve are removed, a 4-liter bowl without handles, there are special tongs in the set to remove the bowl. Read on the promo page, there is a detailed description of all functions and there are reviews about the master chef (the main plus of the model, it seems to me).

My husband gave me this slow cooker =) I am very pleased with her work! For a week I cooked a lot of things (various milk porridges, borscht, soup, French meat, pasta, cheesecakes, fried chicken, potatoes, baked charlotte, fish pie, kupaty) everything turned out VERY well: nothing "escaped", did not burn, did not spill out. Cooking is very pleasant, the touch control is very pleased - a light touch and everything worked =)
First, I figured out how to remove the steam valve and drip tray, the valve was easily removed after boiling the "lemonade", apparently it either stuck or just expanded plastic. But with a container for collecting condensate, I was worn out, I read a lot of reviews, but they did not help, and yesterday I began to look at it again and pulled on the left edge, and it walked away very easily =)
So far, during the week of using the multicooker, of the minuses I noted only the marks on the bowl ... I don't understand why it was impossible to make them convex, it is very tedious to pick out the same porridge from them ...
Inna256
I changed 150 to 250. I like 250 much more. And the buttons work more clearly.
Her width is 28 cm - maybe someone will come in handy.
33.5 is the size of the box.

Oh, well, thank God! Congratulations! So, they wrote the truth that they were changing the act to a new Redmond without any problems. They keep their word under the guarantee, well done! Right choice! Give me the 250th model! Well, yes, I also measured it, exactly - 28 cm, and I somehow thought of it earlier, the dimensions are indicated in the technical sheet ... Are there already experiments with dishes? Share! Did they give you a RAG-241 airfryer as a gift? The site is still advertised. I think, check out the bowl, taste the meat right away - incomparably soft and tender it turns out.
Angellina0205
Thank you girls!) I also hope that everything will be fine. Today I stewed potatoes with meat, everything worked out. In the steam mode, the fountain of water also did not come out of the valve, the temperature sensor worked immediately as it boiled, and did not boil for 5-10 minutes as before, in order for the countdown to begin. But with porridge I did not yet understand 0.5 multi-glasses of wheat groats for 2 milk + 1 water I cooked, it was good that I inserted the streamer, I was all in porridge. I will check for 1 more multi-glass of cereal. The tfu-tfu sensors are not buggy yet.

Again with the porridge trouble? So she ran away? I remember you already wrote that there were problems with milk. Did you do it at 95 degrees this time? Maybe it's too much milk after all? Aren't you happy with the new photos? What else are you preparing for your daughter? By the way, I wanted to ask which cup was in this updated))) Redmond? So far, I cannot say that the trouble is.Cooked in milk porridge, 95 gr. until I tried, there is no time to guard. In addition, the cut is more prone to escape, but the lid did not escape the streamer, it was clean.
Today I did lazy stuffed cabbage rolls, as if I threw it and forgot. Down mince salted mixed with grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Top cabbage pozhamkanuyu with salt mixed lightly with tomato paste and 4 tbsp. l rice. I did not add any water or oil, pilaf mode 1 hour, mixed once.
Multicooker Redmond RMC-250
The bowl is the same black. The lighting and shade coverage have not changed either). I am more comfortable with two, sometimes one in the fridge or with just cooked hot. I had M 90 in general with 3 bowls, I'm so used to it. With one it is sad, all the time from it to shift and wash even hot.
I cook for my daughter in a 3-liter film, while mashed potatoes and porridge)))

Oh, on pilaf mode? I'll take it on board! And what, really without water it turned out juicy? Thanks for the new recipe. I'll put it out, my phone's camera is broken, I still can't solve the problem) I specialize more and more in meat, I really like what is so tender in this bowl, and here I try to bake with an airfryer))) You too is there an airfryer? Do you also have an airfryer?
Have you tried to do something in a deep fryer?
Yes, it was on the pilaf, I was afraid that there would be a lot of liquid on the stewing, although I did not try it) maybe it would be good on it. I wanted the minced meat with onions that were below to be slightly fried. And it really happened. I did it without frying, not because I was lazy, we were losing weight, they all became fat after my experiments with pastries and dairy porridges in the morning.))) It tasted no worse and juicy enough, the vegetables gave enough liquid, but of course not for lovers of fatty and fried.
There is no grill (but I want to, I'm tired of the pale top of the pastry (I took it for another promotion (bring the old one and buy a new one with a 30% discount).) And we didn't have a grill in the store then. (Is it convenient to use it? How quickly does it fry from above crust for example on a casserole or biscuit?
I tried it in m90. I fried small dumplings, I didn't like it, it was very long, although perhaps the potatoes would have fried faster. Just fry the dumplings in a multitool much faster, I made a portion for two in 20 minutes with the lid on the handle, 170 g.

Yes, the crust is something !!! I made charlotte, baked the wings, potatoes and fish, so I want to smoke the meat to taste. There is a nuance in temperature: the grill can give out a maximum of 250 degrees, and for multi more than 150 degrees, you cannot use it - everything will melt. Therefore, it turned out to cook a little longer. It took about 25 minutes on the wings on the upper grill, made in foil. I read a recipe for a cottage cheese casserole here - in the photo something incredible happened, but you need to cook at least 55 minutes, as written.
tata1975
Of course, you can cook on any heat-resistant saucepan, then everything will be 2 times faster if you set it to 180 and finish it at about 220 (for crusts).I have not done it yet, it says that everything - fish, muffins, biscuits takes 15-20 minutes. I had potatoes in sour cream on the lower lattice, and I made a fish upstairs (it is convenient that there are 2 lattices), and so ... stunned !!! There is a difference from the taste of multi dishes when baked. Well, at a temperature of 150, I made a fish for 30 minutes, the time and temperature are regulated. You can't get burned - it turns off automatically when you take it by the handle. I think that for 2000 rubles, the thing is super cool.

Yes, not at all! Have you already purchased CF or are you still thinking? In my opinion, the more versatile, the better, to make and record your own settings, as in the 250th, everyone likes it, because it's super convenient. And in the book of recipes, I agree, it seems and is always written in detail, but it is better to try it yourself and experimentally combine the basic recipe with your own)))

This is my second time buying it. my husband works at a construction site, he locked the first one at work, he never brought it, she stayed with me only for a month, I had not yet had time to master it, but it was not expensive either, but here I bought it for myself - I don't let anyone near her

My 250 went to the service. On the program, the soup is a nightmare. She poured 1.5 liters of water and put 200 grams of meat. She arranged such a geyser for me through the valve ... It seems that she doesn't see that everything has already boiled and it's time to lower the temperature ...

For a long time I did not dare to buy a multicooker, chose, read reviews, consulted. In general, like everyone else. I opted for Redmond RMC-250. I have absolutely no regrets. Cooking is simple, the settings are clear, plus many modes that not only facilitate the hard work of the kitchen, but also save time. I cook almost everything. Hello! Tell me, is milk porridge good in this model? And then I’m already buying the second cartoon and the milk porridge is curling up in it (((I don’t even know what to do. I’m considering the option of buying this model or M90, although the temptation to buy a new 300 with induction, but infa about the screen stops me now. Milk porridge is right fundamentally now for me ...
Manna
Yulia, tell us exactly how you cook porridge, in what milk, with or without delay?
pina
I have already bought the simplest cartoon, there are only 4 modes - steaming, soup, milk porridge and baking. There is no programming at all. Milk has already been taken from different manufacturers, fresh, our Altai. Collapses. The second cartoon is ARS. But she cooks with pressure - this is the reason for buying the second one, I thought the reason was that she was preparing a cartoon with pressure ... And now I don’t know what to think ..
Manna
Milk can curdle due to its sourness. What are the reasons for sourness? Cooking porridge with a delay in a warm room, porridge with dried fruits, berries, etc., stale milk (yes, just bought milk may be stale), a bowl that is not thoroughly washed and a removable plate with a silicone seal (especially after something sour) ... The list goes on, but these reasons are usually the most common. To eliminate the issue of milk quality, you can try to boil it.
pina
MannaSo the fact of the matter is that the milk is good - I cook it right there on the stove and everything is fine. In this cartoon I cook only porridge, I haven't cooked anything else yet. Everything is clean. There is no delay in it Model Panasonic SR-DF101WTQ. Therefore, I want another ... since this one does not work. It seems to me that the cooking temperature is too high and the time is already 1 hour 20 minutes ...
Manna

I used the DEKS-60 multicooker for almost two years without one month. This was my first cartoon. Thanks to the bread maker - I bought it according to your feedback. I was super happy. But unfortunately, and fortunately, it broke down during the warranty period. I suffered for a long time with a choice. And yet I bought a Redmond 250. I was tempted by the function of master chef. Now there is something to compare with. Milk porridge, soups, stewing - everything is just as superb as in Dex. Frying - here it turns out to be somehow tanned and you can choose the temperature during cooking - reduce or add. Baking - I liked it better here. Although the recipes are the same. But for example, a boiled water chocolate is baked in 50 minutes. And immediately it turns out dry and rises higher. It is very convenient to add or decrease temperature and time, if necessary, without turning off the mode. The pre-heating function is also important to me. In general, I'm using my new cartoon for the second week. I am very satisfied. The only thing that was bought for Dex was an additional saucepan and an inner lid, since yoghurts and milk absorb foreign odors, and for the Redmond 250 I cannot find these accessories yet.

The question is whether it is possible to control the temperature in the mode of operation of automatic programs. In these modes, by pressing the "t" button, the display shows the temperature value. Will the algorithm of the factory settings of the heating modes of the selected program change?
