Slavutchanka
Olya, mine are very fond of pies with peas. Especially me and the eldest son.
Sone4ka, made baked milk in a slow cooker
sveta.khm
Slavutchanka, I also cooked this recipe. But for pies, you probably need to take 1: 1.5. And then when I cooked the mashed potatoes according to the recipe (1: 2) it turned out to be watery.
Alisa_t
the slow-motion machine works precisely under pressure. I made baked milk - it turns out well. The other day I was making potatoes - it turned out to be an average between stew and oven.
Slavutchanka
sveta.khm, welded 1 to 2 - even a bit thick. I diluted with boiling water

Please tell me why the lid does not close tightly? Is it a marriage or should it not be included yet?

This is NORMAL ... the pressure will pick up, it will be tight.
Uletno
Thank you. Please tell me how to manually set the temperature I need
Uletno
And can someone tell me where to buy a silicone gasket on the cover !?

Please tell me how to manually set the temperature I need
Ruslan, Hello! In this pressure cooker, you can only set 3 temperature options in the "Bake" and "Fry" mode. Regulated by the "pressure" button. (There is information about this in the instructions.)
On other programs the pressure is regulated, but which temperature is not indicated.

Natasha, please make the link active. Just select it and click on the "globe" icon. This will make it easier for beginners.
Uletno
thanks, found. I cannot remove the valve, it dangles a lot, but does not want to take off. And it is written that he must be removed to wash it.
Uletno
And please tell me how to wash it !?
Shelena
The valve is removed with great effort. Pull up harder. But I do it very rarely. Only if it gets dirty.
What are you planning to wash?
Uletno
cauldron and inside the lid. And what do they write that there is a specific smell?
Uletno
can you bake bread in it?
Shelena
I wash my bowl with ordinary liquid dish detergent. I rinse it thoroughly. I just wipe the lid with a paper towel - it rarely gets dirty.
Almost all new appliances have a smell. It passes through several preparations.

Thank you very much for your advice. And I thought that the smell would stay inside less, then do not cook the first times, but fry a couple of times with the lid open !? and can't find where to insert the condensate container! ??
Shelena
Ruslan, here at this link, look carefully at the 4th photo:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
The drip tray is visible there.
To remove the smell, we usually boil water with a slice of lemon. This has been written about many times in the topic.
I highly recommend you to read this thread - so many questions will disappear. But, if you don't understand, then, of course, we will help and advise.
Uletno
I'm trying to get to page 5
Shelena
Well, then you don't have to worry about you - soon you will be preparing all kinds of dishes easily and without fear of a new appliance! And there you will begin to share the recipes.
Happy mastering!

Everything is written in the instructions .... in short, the lower the pressure, the lower the temperature.

Hello girls. What is the most effective method for removing odor from a sealing gum? I read here that you smeared it with both detergent and lemon. But it didn't work for me. The persistent smell of borscht remains even shoot yourself! And this despite the fact that I don't cook borscht so often. Yesterday I cooked buckwheat soup, but with the smell of borscht, well, very tasty. Maybe there is some kind of "purchased" product?
Alisa_t
I don't know what to do with the smell ...and okay yet, it just didn't seem to pass from the lid to the products ... It seemed to me that the smell was not completely washed out of the cup, and it was visually clear to the touch ... baked milk with a taste of pilaf is generally tinny. The bowl from the other Pauline didn't have that.
Natalie@
And my gum exactly stinks. If you remove it from the lid and smell the cartoon, there is no smell, but the gum itself is tin, as you say. And it seems to me that it stinks not so much of a certain product as of fused rubber mixed with garlic and celery.

I just can't understand, I set the frying mode with the lid open, immediately threw a piece of oil, it warmed up instantly. (On the display from the very start, the number 10) The eggs fried very quickly, and when it was almost ready the letter P appeared, then I had to press cancel, since the scoreboard is P 10, and the scrambled eggs are ready and as I understand it would not have turned off. I just don't understand when she would have disconnected if I had not clicked cancel
Natalie@
If you hadn't hit cancel, the cartoon would have turned off after 10 minutes. And you did it the way it did, because you did it wrong from the beginning. You need to turn on the frying mode, wait for P10 to appear on the display, and only then add oil and fry. But ... it's okay if you did what you did. You just "had time" to fry the eggs before the saucepan reached its maximum temperature. Read carefully the instructions in the frying section.
Alisa_t
She would have disconnected 10 minutes after the letter R.

When frying, you need to put an empty cup, wait for the letter P to appear, then pour the oil and fold the food. I prefer to fry in a skillet.

Should the safety valve be loose when closed ??
Uletno
And the water does not boil much from the security lock, is this normal ??
Natalie@
Awesome, the question is not clear. What do you mean by safety valve and what does it mean not tight? After closing, the lid has a backlash, but after the pressure is built up, it is not movable. The pressure relief valve rotates freely from the "pressure" position to the "pressure relief" position and if you do something wrong, steam will escape from it. It is enough to gently move the valve and it will find its place. And the safety lock rises when the pressure is accumulated and you cannot open the lid, when it is deflated it drops and the lid can be opened. But again, Awesome, it's all written in the instructions. Read carefully
Uletno
in short, I cook peas, 20 minutes left, the flight is normal
Natalie@
It's okay only if just a little bit and you are preparing a "liquid" product. Of course it shouldn't fly in different directions.
Alisa_t
water boils from under the valve

the valve is not tight, but closed

Uletno
Everything is good, the porridge turned out super! only at the last minute a thin stream of steam slowly came out of the safety valve, is this normal !?

does not boil from the valve, but from the security lock, which locks the lid
Uletno

Natalie@
Awesome, I answered this question, it's okay if it's from the security lock, the main thing is not to have a fountain, but if it's a little - it's okay. And if a little steam comes out - it's also normal. If the pressure inside begins to go off scale, then the cartoon itself drops the pressure a little, as evidenced by a thin stream of steam. Oho-ho, Cool. For the third time I tell you - instructions to help you
Uletno
oho-ho Natalie @ in the instructions it is written that if steam does not come out steadily, then it is necessary to turn it off and carry it to the service, so I clarify. And it doesn't say anything about seething from protection, so the instruction won't explain much.
Natalie@
It's a pity there are no instructions with you.It says somewhere that if the pressure under the cover is exceeded, the cartoon itself releases some of the pressure. Since the pressure comes out in the form of steam, it's easy to guess ... But in general, I understand you. I have Fields since December 19, 2014, also not so long ago. And there were also many questions. But since I cook in it every day, I already had time to study it very well. You can do it too!
Slavutchanka
And I do not wait on Zharka when P appears. I fry immediately. how the oil will heat up
lesua
I have had Paul's girls for 3 months already, and they work every day, of course I haven't tried a lot, but everyone really likes pilaf and stewed vegetables with meat, and my granddaughters bake charlotte every weekend, I also wanted to find just a biscuit for a cake, but something I didn't find anything suitable, Thank you all for the advice, I read only 80 pages, and at the end from page 122 I already follow every day, I wrote a lot for myself on a piece of paper, and I always peep

Who knows the site where you can order accessories for our field, please tell me !?
Uletno
And it is still not clear to me, everyone says for steam cooking they use a silicone lining for a metal stand. Is it that this selikon is brewed inside there ??
Shelena
Ruslan, yes the silicone mat is "cooked". We also bake in silicone!
You can simply place a rag napkin on the bottom.
Slavutchanka
Ruslan, accessories for the Field in the same place as the bowls and rubber gaskets (I gave the link). I use a silicone mat when baking. I cook for steam in silicone molds (and sometimes I make baked goods in them on Baking)

Oh, and where to buy them, such napkins?
Slavutchanka
Ruslan, last year I bought a rug for 50 UAH (in the market where they sell everything for the kitchen) I turned out from a rectangular (I do not remember the size) 4 pieces for multi (I gave one to my daughter-in-law)
